The location is very peaceful and everything we needed for our over night stay was in walking distance. The staff was were friendly and spoke English fluently. "The staff are unbelievable and attentive. By far the most welcoming staff we encountered in two weeks of travelling through Western Norway. Breakfast has personal options and a great spread. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was fabulous! Great value at the restaurant and hotel for the services provided. The property is older and basic but exquisitely clean and the hospitality and food made it our favourite hotel of the entire trip! We stayed two nights and wanted to stay longer! You...

"Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too."

"Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!"
