"Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for the rooms once I get there. I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. "

"As soon as you walk in this hotel, you are met with a musty odor that unfortunately is throughout the entire hotel. We were stuck in a bad situation and had to stay, otherwise I would have left and went home if I was able, instead of staying here. The room smelled like mildew. The sconce lamp on the wall fell off as soon as i attempted to turn it on. The blanket on the bed smelled like disgusting body odor, l had to call the front desk for a clean blanket and had to go to the front desk to get it because no one would bring it to me. Had to call the front desk with my cell phone because the phone in the room did not even work. All 3 floors had broken ice machines. I did thoroughly inspect the matress for bed bugs before sleeping in it and was surprised I didn't find any. I did not use the shower in the morning because even the water stunk! I did not check out the free breakfast because why would I? Id be afraid to eat anything! The hotel needs to shut down and remodel completely! Worse place I ever stayed! Do not stay here! "

"We arrived, went to our room and noticed that the door was a jar prepped open by a cleaning bucket and rag. It made me nervous to walk in, but I did anyway to make sure there was nobody in the room waiting for us when we came in. Room appeared decent, but have a lingering marijuana smell that was overpowering. He got into bed to go to bed and sleep for the night since it was late my husband turned on the TV and it didn’t work. It was too late to ask somebody to fix it. I went to use the bathroom and the sink was dirty and also ran so slow that water gathered and didn’t drain for an hour. The toilet had trouble flushing. Tried to forget about that so we slept on the bed that you rolled off of. It was angled oddly. When we woke up in the morning to get ready to leave, we realized there was no shower curtain. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for a new curtain and we had to put it on ourselves. The hall smelled of marijuana too. "

"Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay"
