"We understand that the property is undergoing renovations. Our room was one of the older ones - the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The bathroom was very worn - rust, some holes, buckling walls, etc but fine for us for 1 night. The stairways/hallways were probably the most in need of updating. The pool was great for the kids - love that the deepest end was only 5.5 feet deep. Hot breakfast was very good (there was omelette, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, donuts, muffins, yogurt, bread, English muffins, bagels, and French toast available). I felt safe parking the car at this property overnight. The staff was very friendly and approachable. They monitor security cameras on the inside and outside of the property."

"This was my favourite stay on our family’s trip to the Maritimes. My husband, one year old and I stayed here and loved our room. It was clean and we had a beautiful view. I loved the balcony. The jet tub was a cherry on top. They provided a very clean playpen for my son to sleep in as well. The best part was the attached restaurant - it was amazing. A great location if you’re doing the Cabot Trail as we were able to do the whole trail in one day and stayed the night prior and following doing it. Also, there is a nice fiddle event every night just across the street. I hope to come back one day! Thank you!"
