Excellent hotel great location

Very nice modern hotel. Location is excellent. Has a breakfast buffet in the morning. Bonanza restaurant also belongs to them and they have daily dinner specials. Rooms are excellent.

Our stay at the Holland America Skagway Inn July 18-20th was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel lovely. It was walkable to restaurants and all the shops and sights. We used this hotel as a base for our 2 touring days which worked out great. No air conditioning in the rooms but the windows can open and fan is provided. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

Very nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. On the higher side of our per diem comfort zone but wanted to do everything in Skagway in one day and skidaddle. It’s close to everything and leaves you wanting for nothing.

Location very good , pretty good all around. Staff in the dining room seemed miserable, not a lot of happiness there and obviously showed. Staff at the room bookings were great in every way.

Came here in family trip. Hotel was clean. Town was designed as old gold town. If you are coming to Skagway, I think this is the best option

It is an older hotel that has been well maintained and updated. It was conveniently located in town. You could easily walk to any attraction. The staff were friendly and gave good advice on eating and activities. I look forward to a return in the future.

The location is convenient and the customer service was great. This is an older hotel with a nice facelift. The room was a bit small but comfortable with the amenities we needed. My only wish was for wifi in the rooms. They do have computers to use in the lobby though.
