"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"The hotel was well situated in town and very clean. There were amazing views of Mont Blanc, too! We took advantage of the laundry service, which was great - fast and cheap. We had a problem with the parking...we reserved outdoor parking for our stay only to find, upon arrival, that the street to the hotel was under construction and not accessible.
