"Cela fait plus de 10 ans que je vais dans des complexe touristique dans tout le monde et clairement j’ai trouver que cette hôtel est au dessus du lot . Magnifique complexe, personnel super agréable et au Top! Nourriture de haute qualité avec un accueil des plus agréable. Ils ont un entretien hygiénique comme je n’ai jamais vue ! Je tenais à remercier toutes l’équipe qui font un travail extraordinaire et plus particulièrement Monsieur Yanniss qui est humainement incroyable . j’espère y revenir...

"Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang durch Athena, die gute Seele vom Hotel. Super Bedienung am Frühstück und Abendessen. Kurze Taxifahrt ins Dorf Malia, oder man mietet ein Auto, um noch verschiedene schöne Strände zu erforschen. (Potamos Beach mit Kalyva Taverna sehr empfehlenswert) Einen sehr lieber 3 Beiniger Kater hat uns im Hotel begleitet… für Kinder einfach unvergesslich. "We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. "This is such a brilliant hotel for young families. It’s a really beautiful place with some lovely restaurants, bars & some cute additions like the gelateria & the little on-site kafenio. The staff are brilliant with kids and they’ve thought of everything you need. Malia isn’t the prettiest area, but parts of the Old Town are charming with some lovely, great value restaurants.
