Great location, hotel is a bit dated but its clean and has a lovely view of the lake. Its a 3 star hotel so was what we expected. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hotel staff were very pleasant, and helpful.

A short week in a great location, lovely views of lake from 1st floor room. Small, Friendly hotel just a couple of hundred metres from the castle and ferry port. Nice breakfast. No complaints at all.

Wonderful location, quite but just few minutes walk from the center!. The view of the lake is incredible. Breakfast absoluti amazing and personnell is professioanl keen and supportive. Highly recommended!

Even though the temperature in early October was still warm. T-shirt and shorts weather the hotel had turned the air con off so over night you simply melted in the rooms. Open the doors to the balcony cooled the room but come 5am the deliveries for the area started. The noise of banging and reversing beeps awful!!! Overall the staff were lovely hotel needs work though

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Desiree. However the balcony floor and table had not been cleaned (and where not during our 4 day stay) and we missed having wine glasses on our room. The minibar was not filled and we missed being able to order at the pool without having to go inside. The breakfast had what we needed and the beds, although they where quite hard, where nice. One thing we absolutely did not like was that the staff cleaning the rooms put our things away in drawers (different places every day), moved my skin care products, closed my toilet bag etc. But overall, a nice stay that we enjoyed. All things to fix are small and very manageble. We would come back!

Absolutely amazing stay, the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our room was a lake view and was great to wake up and sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights. Really easily accessible and in a great quiet area. We will definitely be visiting again.

Good hotel but the rooms have seen better days and could do with some renovation. Breakfast was good and location good if you want to spend time in Sirmiones historic center. I arrived by car and was lucky to have a small one since the streets through the center to reach the hotel are very narrow and filled with pedestrians. I also found it a bit annoying that I was only allowed to pass through the center one time each way during one day. As I was not in Italy purely to spend time in Sirmione this was pretty inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is simply stunning - we were left a little disappointed with the overall service.. we asked for hand soap to be replaced and it took 2 days. We asked if we could take our breakfast up to the balcony one day and whilst being told it was ok - the breakfast team were not fully aware and we were stopped. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the service could have been a little better. The hotel is getting on a little bit too - very old lift.

No tenía vista directa al lago pero el entorno es espectacular , el pueblo antiguo contiguo al hotel es espectacular , los termales una fantasía 10/10 estan muy cerca al hotel , el hotel es algo antiguo pero bien conservado , de todas maneras le vendría bien una remodelación

Vi var veldig fornøyd med hotellet og vårt opphold der. God beliggenhet og fint rom og bad. Vi var fornøyd med renhold og frokost også. 😊 Vi hadde leiebil og du må ta kontakt med hotellet på forhånd for å komme gjennom gamlebyen med bilen, i hvert fall hvis du vil kjøre helt frem til hotellet 😊 Du trenger bekreftelse fra hotellet for å komme gjennom bommen, men det var ingen problem og det å kjøre gjennom gamlebyen er en opplevelse i seg selv 😊 Kan anbefale å bo på dette hotellet.
