Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1004)
"The hotel was fabulous. The room was beautiful and serviced every day quickly. The restaurants and bars are also fabulous. Friendly staff who always wanted to help in any way. The only thing is the Club Room Lounge. It is very small an beause it is near the pool it does not feel like a special place and too quite. Fraser Suites Singapore
4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (379)
"We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!"

"The staff was generally helpful and friendly and did the best they could. However, the breakfast situation was woeful... Hotels.com itinerary and listing clearly listed that Daily Breakfast is offered (it still does today). They failed to mention that breakfast is not offered on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays. In our 8 night stay, we didn't have breakfast for 3 days. I asked during my stay what the staff can offer, but their hands were tied and can do nothing. I've since been in...
