"My husband and I stayed for 3nts/2days before our cruise. Our room, though a bit smaller but good enough for 2 adults with 2 large suitcases, was very clean. We requested for some more coffee/tea packs and delivered right away. Check-in was quick, we were given a room with a pool view, staff very nice and accommodating, lobby was also kept clean and beautiful. We liked how easy it was to get to your room from the elevator just by tapping your card and it will tell you which elevator to go, easy-peasy! And the breakfast options, wow! Huge variety, buffet well presented, food really delicious! We will certainly book this hotel again when we go back to Singapore, very highly recommended!"

"Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting. "
