simple, but enough facilities within the hotel and rooms. The best part was breakfast serving Malaysian flavour dishes along with typical western foods. The only thing that I would request is to see if you can do something about shower water to wet toilet area.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size a bit smaller but just just nice for business travelers. Locations is near to 2nd bridge and easy to access to Bayan Lepas.

Nice biz hotel.

Newish hotel with nice rooms. No water given in room but to collect at dispenser located outside. Breakfast is poor so don't expect much.

Modern choice

It is a modern hotel in a very quiet area. Lots of parking spaces, Ikea and outlet village near by. The room was in good condition and clean. The pool was great. It is even suitable for excercising. We did not like the fact that you need to keep the hot water running for 5 minutes to get a warm shower. It is not enviromentally friendly or practical. Apparently it is a known "feature". The receptionist also did not greet us when we checked in which does not leave a good first impression.

Comfortable

First, it looks very high class, nice design, clean and comfort. You can rest assured that your stay will be pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering cozy beds and pillows. However, they provide two pillows only. I wish to have extra pillows. The room air conditioning is very cool and refreshing environment for me. I like it. In addition, the hot water heaters in the bathroom is excellent. There is a water dispenser available at each floor. Swimming pool is not very big. Wish they have other facilities like gym and sauna.

Has potential

New hotel. Everything was good naturally. Staff is also friendly. Rate should be adjusted to non-peak season considering lower occupancy to attract more travellers. Has potential.
