6/10 Okay

The property was clean enough and using the access code that was sent to us worked well to enter the building and the room. The negative is that on the Expedia website the room was described as having a queen bed and pull out couch. It was a double bed and we could not even open the pull out bed because there was a large dresser blocking it. So the pull out bed was useless. So one person was in the bed and another person on a very small couch. There also was no extra bedding for the pull out bed. Luckily we had brought extra blankets and a pillow. But I think the bed descriptions need to be updated in Expedia for future patrons. The tenants around the building smoked a lot of weed so there was also that.

It was ok for a night. Did not like that there were no plug-ins in the 2nd room to charge anything (a horrible inconvenience). Not enough pillows or blankets for a larger family. The positive is that it was big enough to accommodate a larger family. That being said we would not stay there again. Wasn't the best part of town.

It was a nice quiet property, the customer service was responsive so that’s a plus since everything is done digitally. It did suck that the room did not have a remote for the TV.

Comfortable suite

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. It included a full size fridge, microwave stove top and dishwasher. Beds were okay and clean. TV in each room. Many of the apartments house full time residents. While it was mostly quiet, we could hear the neighbors (and I'm sure they heard us too).

Should have paid me to stay there

I really had high hopes for this place. First of all, this is not a hotel… it is temporary housing for the down and out and for folks who ( I presume) are working at the Fort or elsewhere in Sierra Vista. The check-in process was bizarre (no humans involved). It is depressing, smelly, and extremely noisy. There was an area set up with BBQs and outdoor seating directly outside my windows, and every single night, people would congregate and party out there… loudly. About the only good thing I can say is that the shower was great and the water was hot, and it was nice to be able to prepare some meals there as the restaurant situation in Sierra Vista is pretty dire. If you do decide to stay here, ear plugs are essential. Never again.

Not a hotel. No on-site employees anytime.

This is not a hotel. No on-site manager or anyone. It is a long term apt rental building. I went through the online check in and was given a code to enter the front door and the room I was assigned. When I walked into the room, there were no sheets or blankets on the bed and there were no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Management via text message and they said no one was on site to help me and asked me to wait while they figured it out. I was contacted 20 minutes later and they told me to switch rooms when I got to a different room. It was all set up and had everything I needed it was clean and in good condition however I would not stay here again as it is not a hotel with any security or amenities.
