This hotel has everything you need and the convenience of paying for tuk tuk rides and transportation to the airport on your hotel tab. It’s a great place to stay or just relax. Try the massages there, they are wonderful.

Will not book here again

Staff did not believe I had two reservations and I spent so much time during the stay proving I had two rooms booked. Staff even approached me during breakfast to discuss adding charges because they could not get in contact with hotels.com staff to confirm my bookings. Ater in rooms stopped working and hotel staff addressed it right away. TV in one room broke down and hotel staff stated we needed to wait until next day for it to be fixed or replaced. We ended up checking out a day early because we were so uncomfortable staying there; did not feel welcomed.

We arrived at la Residence tired . As ismourmhabit we had expolred rhe country hard and were in need of a comfortable room and stay. La residencemoffered a larger than average of oo wi h all orf the amnesties needed and more. The pool was welcomed on hotmdays as was themfriendliness of its staff. 町外れの静かなホテル

小さいホテルですが、小さくてもプールあり、スパあり、レストランあり、部屋も広くバスタブもあり、ホテル内で困る事はありませんでした。近隣は住宅地なので夜は静かですが、深夜の一人歩きは少し怖いかもです。コストを考えると最高のコストパフォーマンスのホテルです。次回も、ぜひ、このホテルを利用しようと思います。

Starting to need maintenance

While there were some good points to the hotel unfortunately there were some items and issues that have led to this negative review. These include ... the floors in the room whilst being cleaned on the surface need to be thoroughly scrubbed as they feel and look dirty underfoot . Bathroom floors have built up grime that should be removed and the wooden shower mat is extremely slippery when wet. We were overcharged for our laundry and when questioned the staff didn't act upon the issue they blamed the laundry and wiped their hands of the matter which is not an adequate response as it their referred contractor. While the pool was a beautiful asset situated in the centre of the complex it was green for the first 2 days and so we were unable to use it, this was resolved and was a great reprieve on a hot day.

Wir haben das "Wat Bo" ausgewählt da wir dort in der ruhigen Anlage mit Pool nach den anstrengenende Tempelbesichtigungen noch etwas entspannen konnten, und trotzdem nicht auf eine Transportmöglichkeit angewiesen waren um mal ins Zentrum zu laufen. Die ganze Anlage hat sehr viel Grün, und macht einen sehr schön entspannten Eindruck. Die Ausflüge kann man besser mit einem TukTuk-Fahrer auf der Straße ausmachen, das Hotel wollte uns die dort normalerweise üblichen Touren etwas beschränken.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Had a large room， very helpful staff and beautiful pool. The hotel is a bit far from central and some tuk tuk drivers didn't know the hotel， always took us to La Residence.

Lovely hotel and professional staff

The hotel is very nice: spacious room, comfy bed, fridge, tea and coffee in the room, bathroom with separated shower and bathtub, balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is big. You can order drinks and food and they take it to the pool. There is a happy hour of smoothies and cocktails. The staff are great, always ready to help. We did the tours with the tuk tuks they offered and it went very well. Mr. Deth was our tuk tuk driver who took us to do the ruins for USD 15 per day. He was very attentive. The only drawback of this hotel is that the location is not very good. You cannot walk to the city centre and have to take a tuk tuk. Most tuk tuks do not know the hotel so it is inconvenient for when you have to return from the city centre to the hotel.

Hotel convivial et incontournable.

Absolument parfait. De l'accueil chaleureux avec jus de fruit, au personnel attentionné au petit déjeuner qui connait parfaitement vos gouts au bout de quelques nuits, du service de pressing, billetterie, réservation de restaurants, prêt d'argent pour payer un tuk-tuk parce que vous n'avez pas de monnaie. Avec le sourire, le personnel prend vraiment soin de vous, et la sincérité de vous faire plaisir se lient sur leurs visages. Inutile de dire que les chambres et le cadre sont magnifiques. Un point positif important et la petite taille de l'hôtel qui reste a échelle humaine. Nous avons meme réservé une nuit de plus pour le retour qui n'était pas prévue. Sur 6 semaines, c'est le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait. Beaucoup d'hôtels sont biens au Cambodge, mais celui la est incontournable !

Tricky map

Once inside the hotel grounds everything is great. Beautiful gardens and pool, good breakfast, helpful staff. Location was a problem. All maps indicate the hotel is easy walking distance to the central town, not so. The hotel is at the end of a long, dusty dirt lane and not an easy walk, particularly at night. Fortunately there are plenty of tuk tuks.

Hôtel de charme au personnel adorable.

Nous y avons sejourné en famille. L'accueil depuis l'aéroport, notre arrivée à l'hôtel même, la prise en charge pour les visites d'Angkor, tout nous a plu ! Bien sur certain dirait qu'il y avait des lenteurs, mais pendant les vacances, ce n'est pas bien grave ! Le personnel est attentif sans être envahissant, les tarifs et qualités des massages sur place valent le temps de vous y intéresser. La cuisine est bonne et variée, le petit-déjeuner aussi. Les excursions peuvent être organisees depuis l'hôtel. Les prix grimpent vite mais sont dans la moyenne des prix pratiqués. Étudiez-bien ce que vous voulez-faire avant votre arrivée ! Je vous recommande de débuter par le musée avec un audio-guide. Ensuite, vous saurez mieux ce que vous voulez aller voir sur le terrain. Journée de tuk-tuk 15 dollars ou en voiture 40 pour les circuits des temples uniquement. Tout le reste est tarifé dans le détail. Mr Sideth notre chauffeur etait vraiment sympathique et chaleureux.

Idyllisch mit großem Pool u. freundlichem Personal

Das La Niche D'Angkor können wir nur empfehlen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von vier Reisenden und wir haben dort drei Zimmer gebucht. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß, es ist viel Platz (da weniger Zimmer als Niche Boutique) und es ist ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und wirklich sehr! geräumig. Alle Zimmer haben Blick auf den Pool. Die Anlage ist toll begrünt und wird sehr gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war spitze. Sogar nach unserem Frühbesuch von Angkor bekamen wir noch etwas zu essen. Das Einzig Verbesserungswürdige ist das Englisch des Personals. So konnten wir dem Personal an einem Tag schwer vermitteln, dass die Handtücher in allen Zimmern komplett vergessen wurden. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Super Séjour !

Ein Kleinod abseits des Trubels

Es passte alles: Zimmer, Service und Ruhe. Da das Hotel etwas außerhalb der lebendigen Innenstadt lag, war es sehr ruhig. Die Innenstadt erreichte man zu Fuß in 10 - 15 Minuten, mit dem Tuktuk für 1 Dollar in 5 Minuten. Der kostenlose Flughafen pick up klappte reibungslos. Die Organisation des Ausfluges nach Angkor Wat war gut. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Comfortable hotel in a garden setting.

Large modern style room opening to garden patio leading to swimming pool. Hotel property is quiet and overall a pleasant area. Room clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast has an adequate range. We would happily stay here again. The hotel is located a fair distance from the centre of Siem Reap so travel by tuk tuk is recommended, though very cheap. There are a number of mosquitoes around the hotel making insect repellent necessary

Маленький кусочек рая.

Отель трудно было бы найти в городе, но они встречают в аэропорту и предоставляют бесплатный тук-тук, если заранее попросить. С другой стороны удаленность отеля от шумных улиц - плюс. Отель небольшой и в этом его прелесть. Как маленький кусочек рая, при этом неожиданно большой бассейн. Все что касается обслуживания и отношения к клиентам все на отлично! Если придется когда-нибудь вернуться, то это будет этот отель.

Un petit havre de paix

Lorsque l'on pénètre dans l'hôtel par une petite rue tranquille, on se retrouve dans un lieu exquis, joli, fleuri(orchidées partout), organisé autour d'une très belle piscine. Calme, sérénité, beauté, gentillesse du personnel: rien à redire !! Un moment de détente après une journée sur les sites. Et le centre (marché), avec des petits restos est à 2mn en tuk-tuk... PD et repas très bons. Nous sommes restés 5 jours pour notre grand plaisir et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel( à ne pas confondre avec "la niche d'Angkor boutique" du même propriétaire, mais en moins bien)
