Great design and beautiful rooms. Staff is polite and eager to assist. But you can see corners being cut as they struggle to operate with low guest numbers. No bar staff at the pool, fountains turned off, paper napkins in the restaurant. No mini bar. A great 4 star property but really a 5.

Great place me and my wife had a great time over there. There were many bad comments about it online but all of them were wrong. The people were super friendly and nice to us and they helped us in every way possible! the breakfast was very good and it is right next to a mall so it gives you a lot of options eat also. This place is right in the middle so you can go anywhere you want to. The staff is very friendly and nice and specially they will help you out if you ask them.

Positive: staff are friendly, helpful and very kind. Pool is clean and comfy loungers. Good AC in rooms. Negative: rooms are very dark, hotel is old grand style but not maintained (needs paint on outdoor furniture, none of the fountains are operational) Food in the restaurant is overpriced for the quality & that is probably why my husband & I were the only customers during the dinner service 7-9pm.

This is an amazing property. Costs a little more, but I find it well worth it. Superb inner courtyard/pool area. Staff so very helpful in all ways. We had a late evening flight on day we checked out…staff graciously allowed us to spend several hours poolside in calming and comfortable space. We highly recommended this hotel

Great, but more lighting would make it perfect
The hotel was wonderful. Great location. Good Breakfast Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint: room lighting too dark. No matter how many lights I turned on, it was too dark both in room and bathroom. Need more powerful lighting. Then all would be perfect.

Good breakfast, fantastic pool area, strong WiFi for a decent price. Downtown is a 15 minute walk. The only issue was the air-conditioning did not work in the gym.

The room we checked into was just as I had booked/expected it to be, with a “city view” - not a great view and the room was dark. I upgraded us to a “pool view” room - it was large, as was the ensuite. The view/balcony overlooking the pool and grounds with a small table and two chairs for morning coffee was a bonus. There were so few guests, no doubt another casualty of covid-19 (the impact is being felt everywhere - several large hotels closing due to lack of tourism). The staff kept a brave face and remained polite, welcoming, warm and gracious - always. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The traffic was daunting at first but we learned to move with it and through it. We hired the cab driver from the airport to take us to tourist sites of our choice rather than

Location was good.. staff were pleasant and extremely helpful too.. breakfast was good but should have varieties especially if planning to stay longer. Rooms were extremely extremely spacious however dimly lit. Hallways were dark too.

A very good hotel at good and convenient location
We stayed at executive room with pool view, nice. . Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. As a 4 star hotel, more toileteries should be provided, say body lotion and Q-tips, that are basic. Swimming pool is litter small. Other than that, everything are very good.

The hotel has all the facilities but I think all of Siam Reap hotels just cater for the tourists visiting the Temples. There was a lack of staff in the hotel and the limited staff were not knowledgeable. The one evening we dined in the restaurant we were told they did not have any white wine but on our inspection of the wine fridge we found 3 bottles. The bar was empty and there wasn't any staff in the bar and service at breakfast was poor. However, the 2 evening meals we had in the hotel were good.

Great place
The room was lovely, just like the photos. They upgraded us and informed us that a Christmas Eve buffet was included in our room stay, which was a lovely surprise. Every day the staff was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The only minor irritants(and really they were very minor) were that the hardwood floors were a bit squeaky underneath your feet and the bathroom door, while beautiful, closed oddly and when you have to pee, it was an uncomfortable few extra seconds, lol. Overall this was a great place and we loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel at a good location. The service was excellent. When the jacuzzi in our room was leaking and the mechanism not functioning, they promptly came to repair it. Free afternoon snacks were provided too. Will definitely stay at J7 again.

Absolutely great, it is little odd just middle of busy strip but it was amazing experience to stay. In the breakfast too many fruit fly was little concern if they buy fruit fly killer hanger from Home Depot will eliminate all.

The property, location and the staff have been exceptional. The staff from front desk, restaurant, concierge and cleaning is bending over backwards to assist with every need. The facilities are really nice. We had a suite on the 3rd floor overlooking Starbucks and a mall. Beds were good and room was very clean. Breakfast was great, with a staff to make you omelet or any types of eggs you would like. Location is great. It takes 5 min by car to get to Pub Street or market. Near by is a river that has many restaurants and bars if you are looking for some western food. Thank you to the hotel and staff for an amazing vacation. You made it very special.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms very very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked incredibly well. The hotel is located just across the street from a mall with lots of options and was within short walking distances of many shopping areas. Most importantly of all, the staff were so incredibly nice. Everyone greeted us every time they saw us and the host knew our names. The staff were the best trained and kindest people.

Great, central location within easy walking distance to main attractions. Fantastic, friendly staff who were always eager to help with a smile. Saltwater pool was a bonus.

Nice hotel, great staff, not 5*
Nice hotel, probably would stay again. Nice breakfast, catered for everyone. Shame about the intensely metallic water. Was a minor health concern. Service was good. Very polite staff. Checkout a little bit slow as they had to check we had left the room in a good enough condition. Woken up on a couple of mornings due to screaming children in the pool before 7am.
