This place is a gem! Unassuming from the street, as soon as you walk in, you’re in an oasis of character, charm and hospitality. Don’t miss the complementary massages daily or the delicious breakfast. The double infinity pool is a stunning centerpiece. The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a balcony over the pool with comfy seating. A highlight is the warm, sincere and amazing service at every level

This hotel has everything you need when visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. The warm airport pick up with fresh cold towels, water and a delicious cold coconut make the 45 minute trip to the hotel so relaxing. The incredible warm welcome from reception to all the comforts of the stay make this fresh new hotel a NOT TO BE MISSED place to stay in Cambodia. Tuk tuk to take you everywhere in the city. For longer journeys a car is advised. Room is so roomy and comfortable. Great Maldives style bathroom. The massages and spa services are second to none and the fresh smell of their clean daily return laundry service is so unique.

I had the family room consisting of two connecting rooms from Nov. 22 - 25. The extra space helped tremendously w/ 3 young kids. We really enjoyed our stay at Anansaya La Maison. The property was well-maintained, and the staffs were excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying in Anansaya La Maison. David and his team were very amazing. They treated us like their family. The service from front desk to restaurant was phenomenal. Perfect oasis in Siem Reap

From the moment Mr. Binh picked us up in his fancy van at the airport we were transported to a life of luxury! Every need was taken care of. And the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped set us up with everything we wanted to do and see. We were even upgraded to a ground floor suite when my husband had a motorbike accident because they didn’t want him to have to walk so far. The spa was very nice, and the free laundry was much needed as well. It’s the perfect oasis to come back to after you explore around Siem Reap.

The Anansaya staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They provided comfortable transportation to and from the airport, helped arrange tours and activities, and were available for questions and support at all times. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious. We ate several other meals in the restaurant because of the many tasty options. We loved the pools and were very pleased with our massages at their spa. I highly recommend Anansaya for its exceptional service and value. The location allows easy access to Angkor Wat and also free tuktuk rides to downtown sites. We truly enjoyed our stay.

perfectly comfortable and enjoyable hotel

It was a stroke of luck to find such a luxurious resort-style accommodation in Siem Reap, a city that is home to ancient civilizations. The airport pickup service and the welcome drink of coconut juice were a strong first impression. The Khmer smile statues that greet you as you open the door and the warm greetings from the staff made me happy. The beautiful pool and palm trees in the middle, and above all, the large and comfortable rooms, beds, and minibars, comforted us who were tired from the tour and gave us the strength to walk back into the jungle.A free tuk-tuk ride to the city's Pub Street was provided. If I visit again, I will definitely stay here.

Lovely hotel, great service

We had a three night stay at Amansaya which was amazing. From the moment they picked us up at the airport, we were looked after by every member of the team. The pool area is great to relax and our room was exactly what we needed. Amansaya organised our trip to sunset and sunrise at the temples with Mr Sophet and Nat who were the best driver and guide. Mr Sophet really made our trip extra special, what a kind and lovely man. The included breakfast was great - Miller and the team at the restaurant made sure we had everything we needed. We also had daily massages which were superb. All in all, the best start to our Cambodian holiday.
