"Worst property ever. Unable to contact host telephonically as listed number is invalid. Pre-booked a 3-night stay but upon arrival the place was horrific and terrible. Host allocated me to a lower category room. Pictures online are deceiving. Upon check in I informed the host that I would like to check out the next morning as the place was disgusting. "J’etais parmi les premiers clients de l’hotel, super acceuil, grandes chambre confortables... je ne sais pas si ca restera dans leur standard mais le paniers de fruits dans la chambre faisait plaisir. Très bonne cuisine côté restaurant et petit déjeuné. Facile d’accès mais attention, sur Google maps il est bien indiqué mais sur la carte hotel.com il etait placé au centre de berrchid alors qu'il est au sud. "coffee box not renewed , no toilet paper and enough soap was in room and as well as cold water to take a shower. plus broken toilet seat and very noisy environment because of staff member kids were playing soccer in hotel lobby and finally I say them to go play on playground instead of hotel lobby. very strange attitude as a hotel industrie environment and very poor management."
