Fenice Palace

"This is close to lakes entrance 2 (5 mins drive). About 15 mins drive from entrance 1. In the middle of nowhere but a nice property. Suggest you book for dinner as there are only 6 tables and it gets very busy, people were being turned away when we were there. Food was good though. Breakfast is just ok, a bit of an odd set up cramped in a corner."

"The hotel itself was lovely! Our room was exceptionally clean, the views of the water were beautiful, and the toiletries were a nice touch. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary nonalcoholic drinks, which was a fantastic perk. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with great food and a nice way to start the day. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the property. The receptionist came across as a bit snooty and disingenuous, and the waitstaff at both dinner and breakfast were frustratingly slow to come to our table and check on us. It wasn’t terrible service, but it certainly wasn’t the warm, attentive hospitality you’d hope for at a hotel of this caliber. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent amenities, lovely water views, and a great breakfast, but the staff could benefit from a little more genuine warmth and attentiveness."

"Bedrooms lovely and spacious. Living area a bit cosy. Small balconies off each bedroom. Great facilities on the campsite and Amadria Park in general. If I was going back I’d look at the mobile homes as much nicer outdoor spaces."

"What a place absolutely loved it Food was all served outside for evening meal so took a bit to get used to But it is a glamping destination Would def go back we stayed in a 2 bed cabin which was awesome so cool inside even when very hot outside No beaches but we got used to it plenty of ladders to get in and out of the water Sundowner bar was great we only discovered it on the last night perfect for watching the sunset The boat transfer was great also Would recommend !"
