"Very nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!"
"Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "

"l'hotel est propre et tout se passe bien. je signale que l'hotel est tres proche du coté Est de jerusalem, ce qui peut etre utile pour certains voyageurs. "

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the elegance and charm of the historic architecture. The interior courtyard, with its stone arches and serene ambiance, evokes the rich cultural...
"Me and my girlfriends had the best time. The breakfast was delicious but it was hard to get coffee in the morning. It would be nice if we could help ourselves "
