"The property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). Overall, won't recommend the hotel for the office and inconvenience "

"The property looks old and decrepit. The spa was not functional. It did not have a resort feeling to it. It was modest. The rooms were clean but the beds and towels were old. The tub did not drain well. It was very basic. They have much upgrading to do. "

"Very nice rooms and location. Although hard to get to by car (if you’re coming from the airport)!! Staff is nice and helpful, it’s mostly clean and rooms are comfy. Can’t recommend their restaurant tho!! The vibes are nice but the food is not. "

"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...

Many options for dinning and leisure relaxation with fantastic views of the city. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond and very friendly and helpful. "Extremely pleased to stay at Five Elements Jodhpur . The hotel is extremely clean everywhere. The room was sound proof. Vegetarian food served at restaurant is freshly prepared and of superb quality. Every staff I came across was polite and helpful . Little increase in the water pressure in the bathroom is desired, but not essential.Only one shortcoming I could find after deep inspection is missing by of peep holes on room doors. 😊"

"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
