"This hotel will be rated even higher once UH completes this massive construction project (in 2027) - the front entrance is completely blocked, and it’s confusing to know where to be dropped off due to detours and one-way streets. However, once you enter the hotel, it’s quite nice here, and the front desk staff is excellent."

"We wanted a motel close to the baseball field in downtown Houston. The room was clean and comfortable.The only two things that I pointed out to the desk clerk were that the stopper in the bathtub didn't work and the entry door seal or weather strip piece was broken and allowed a big gap
at the entry door bottom for bugs to enter in the room."
"Very close and convenient to the Museum district. We enjoyed our stay. Nice greeting from Nick, the onsite manager. He was very helpful with every request we had during our stay. We recommend staying here. Although: Two things to consider before booking. 1) There is no breakfast served. 2) There is no daily Maid services, even though we stayed five nights?"

"This hotel was very non-traditional, but in the best way. It has an indistrial aesthetic with lots of dark wood and metal elements; however, it also feels very tranquil with all of the different greenery between the buildings. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for something cool and different!"
"Everything from booking to checkout was amazing. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, shower pressure was amazing and it was a quick walk to Daikin Park. We loved the glass of sparkling wine at check in and the macarons that were in our room. We were very fortunate to have our room upgraded and loved the handwritten note and bottle of sparkling that was graciously left for us. Truly a top notch experience and this will be the only place we stay...
