"this was a hidden gem in the city the property is beautiful the stained glass is breathtaking we got a chance to stay in a small cottage they don't put these on expedia but if you get a chance they are wonderful the food was great the pool looks amazing we had a great time"

"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"There was no free breakfast as mentioned, the reception speaks no English (not that big of a deal), but the bathroom was the worst. Water went from freezing hot to boiling over and over, there is a drop ceiling that doesn’t fully connect to the wall and a hole in the washroom joining to the next room so you could hear everything. The other guest smoked in their room so the smoke came through the hole. This seems like a retrofitted room and not an actual hotel room. "
