We stayed in the junior suite for 2 nights. The room was large, bathroom was nice, beds were ehh. The overall service from the staff was lacking, which was surprising for a city so full of tourism. At least a couple steps below what you’d expect from a major city. Although the junior suite is on the top floor, unfortunately so is the bar. It basically shares a wall and you can clearly hear music at all hours. I had to call the staff at 5am to turn it down and they didn’t really understand what I was asking for. Upon checking out, no one asks about the stay, they just ask for your keys and move on. I wouldn’t stay here again.
