"It’s snowing when we’re here. The view from the room was picture perfect - snow-covered mountain, trees, and stream bank. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. All amenities are available. The room is spacious for two. The private onsen is good. The late night ramen was very good. The Japanese breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The shuttle service between the hotel and Shirakawago bus station is available and convenient. We would love to stay again."

Every single detail was though of and there were so many goodies to make the stay even better. The location is easily walkable and extremely quiet at night. This is in my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in ever and I do travel international and in the United States often. Highly recommend! "
"Location, location, location! The property is located near all tourist locations. 25-30min walk from train station. 5-10 min from castle, gardens and samurai district. There is a beautiful shrine across the street. You’re also less than 5 min walk from the Omicho fish market. The staff were attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend it."
