"This was a great place to stay. Some of the staff spoke English very well. The only downside to it was the restroom. The toilet was so close to the wall that my knees were pressed against the wall when in the sitting position. As for standing they have a urinal downstairs. "

We arrived with a sick kid with a bad sinus infection, and Yoshimoto took us to the hospital, stayed with us the whole time and drove us back. So unbelievably kind and caring. 10 Thank you! It's also a beautiful establishment with an easy walk to the beach."

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。 プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。 一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。 夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。 全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

"This hotel is on top of the hill with no access by bus or train. For self drive guests, parking is very limited. Walking up the steep hill narrow road from the bus stop is very strenuous - not the casual walk of a km. However, the hotel manager offered to bring us by his van down to the bus station. When we finished our dinner near the Shirahama Aquarium, the restaurant lady was very helpful and called the hotel and the manager sent the van to pick us back. A very different type of...
