"Very spacious, clean and new. Location is a bit off but works for us cause we have a car. There’s a parking lot 1 min walk away. The rooftop onsen is 5 star hotel class! "

Great location, 2 minute walk to osakoko station, shops and restaurants 7 -11 right down the street, taxi to universal was 2500 yen, taxi was easy to hail at osakoko station. My kid really liked the aquarium and ferris wheel, with the arcade at the mall as well as food court, 5 minute walk. Excellent value!"
