歴史のある建物なのは理解していますが、掃除が行き届いていない、設備不良だらけな事を考えると素泊まりでこの値段はあり得ないです。 ・温泉のシャワーの温度設定が出来ません。 ・素泊まりなのに21時消灯なので早めの夕飯にしなければならない（お酒は飲んでられない） ・コンセントが2つしかない（間隔が狭いから2つ同時に刺せず、結局1つしか使えない） ・洞窟の下のタイルが滑って転びそうになる ・廊下の電気消されて真っ暗 ・布団、座布団シミ多い ・トイレのドアが閉まらない ・隣の部屋のくしゃみまで聞こえる程壁が薄い ・貸し出しVHSは10分100円の有料 ・トレーニングマシーンがある部屋は薄暗く（部屋の半分は電気が消えている）、埃だらけのマシーンも有料。無料のものはほぼ壊れている ・廊下に日本人形がズラリ。オルゴールを流していて気味が悪い ・ロビー隅に座っている着物のお婆さんに腰抜けそうになる ・お茶が古く変色している ・災害用懐中電灯付かない ・部屋名があるのに客室が赤字（数字）で手書き （掃除は行き届いてないですが）お風呂のお湯は良かったので、誰かが建物ごと買い取って経営者が変われば、存続出来るであろう。非常に勿体ない。今の経営者は不備など直す気持ちも無さそうなので、このままでは客の増加（リピートは絶対無い！）は見込めないと思う。残念です。 色んな所に泊まってきましたが、歴史に残る【気味が悪い旅館】。忘れる事のない経験にはなりました。

設備が古いことは構いませんが、清掃が行き届いていない印象でした。食事は冷凍のカニや刺身よりも近海物の安価なものに手をかけて頂く方が私はありがたいですね。

Overpriced. It would have been overpriced even with dinner and breakfast included; they were not. The impression of tiny inn is misleading: from the atmospheric lobby a long and sinister corridor leads to a labyrinth of rooms, on several buildings and levels. Since these rooms have no baths of course the only communal bath is perpetually cramped and crowded. The amenities inside the room are old but clean and the room dimensions were as advertised. No view and no tv. No need for it either: the walls were so thin I was able to hear my neighbors on both sides. A good point: the toilet was new. A very bad point: both the tea recipient and the hot water bottle had rust spots. A first for me.

お盆かつ直前で取れる宿が少なかったので値段と場所だけ見て予約しました・・・ 建物が古いのは仕方ないが、全体的に暗くてカビ臭い。 古い防空壕を利用したようで、洞窟のようなところを通って部屋に行くため自然光が少ないが節電のためか建物がどこも暗いので不気味な印象になってしまっている。 和式トイレとか、テレビの100円入れるシステムとか、ベープマットとか、ほとんどの設備が古く懐かしいを通り越して笑ってしまう。 シーツはリースのようなのできれいなはずだが、布団も古く全体の雰囲気から清潔感を感じられないようになってしまっている。 中庭に池があるが、清掃がされていないのでドブに近く虫が多い。 隣の音が筒抜けで、夜中の2時過ぎまでうるさくて眠れませんでした。 ご老体のみで運営されている様子で、男性は一生懸命されているがエントランスに座っているオーナーらしき女性は感じが悪かった。 予め決済してから行きましたが、入湯税は別途現地徴収でした。 自分は割とどこでも寝られる人間なのですが、途上国で一泊1000円で泊まった宿の方が寝心地よかったかな・・・

当日空いているホテルに夜７時頃連絡したところ、ネットでは受付は22時まで可能と書いてありましたが、電話で女将から、台風でキャンセルが出たから、空いてます！もう20:30には閉めるので、早く来てください‼️と言われ、二歳半の子供と夫婦で行ったのですが、追加で子供代金を追加されるは、代金を取ったのに、バスタオルも浴衣さえ子供の分はなく、女将の横柄な態度できたことをとても後悔しました。とても暑い部屋で、仏像と日本人形は飾ってあるは、ハンガーやクローゼットはかび臭く、ポットにはお湯ではなく水が入っていました。

最低、最悪

部屋に大量の虫が穿い布団の下まで入っていた。窓際には死骸がみっしりと溜まっていて、部屋の変更は出来ず、布団や荷物がある中で、殺虫剤を撒いて掃除機をかけて終わりでした。窓の鍵やトイレのドアも閉まりませんでした。窓の外はゴミ屋敷状態で換気もままならず、カビ臭く、布団や浴衣も湿っぽい状態でした。非常口や火災報知器、消化器、案内も何も無く、危険な宿でした。夜は下田の居酒屋で時間を潰し、朝６時にはチェックアウトしました。下田には二度と行きません。こんな宿を紹介するサイトも利用しません。

伝統と癒しの昔なからの旅館

静かでゆっくり出来る旅館。温泉は、内湯と露天ともに気持ち良く入れます。 ただし建物や設備は古いので、新しく設備の整ったホテルに慣れた人には物足りなく不便に思うかもしれません。 今回は素泊まりでお世話になりましたが、車で10分も行けば食事や買い物も出来るので不便は感じませんでした。

大正・昭和の時代のホテル

エントランスロビーは、建設当時のままで、メンテナンスもよく、風格もかんじます。 近くの、吉田松陰の隠れ宿も、行く価値がありますよ。・・・スタッフトークがすばらしかったです。 客室も頑張ってはいるのですが、スタッフの慣性が、今の時代の宿泊施設設備とのズレが感じます。

人生史上最低最悪の宿でした。

まず、私は潔癖症などでは全くありません。外でのお手洗いも普通に行けますし、電車の吊革なども全く気にせずに触れます。そんな私の感想です。まず、部屋に入るとものすごいカビの臭いで気持ち悪くなりました。とても古い建物の上に全く清掃整備がされておらず、内装、備品などまあ状態が酷すぎます。部屋においてあったポットはサビや汚れがものすごく絶対に触れたくありません。布団もシミだらけで気持ち悪い。その上風呂に通じる扉を開けると全長15cmはあろうかという巨大な蜘蛛が出現、部屋を颯爽と駆け回ります。その蜘蛛は従業員の方に退治して頂きましたが、もう眠るどころではありませんでした。電気を消して暗闇で目を閉じるなど恐ろし過ぎて絶対にできないので、テレビと電気を付けっ放しにして、朝まで寝ずに虫が襲ってこないか周囲を警戒していました。温泉、という名のお風呂場の管理もひどいもの。虫の死骸が転がっていました。急に決まった旅でロクな調査もせずにこの宿を予約してしまった自分の愚かさを心の底から悔やみました・・・。ひとときの安らぎを得るための小旅行が大変な疲労を伴うものになってしまいました。みなさん、絶対にこの宿はやめておきましょう。

terrible all over

This is the first time to write a review on expedia but I feel like I have to voice my opinions here. First of all, the room I stayed at was completely different from the picture. The room was much smaller, smelled like mold grew in old tatami mat. When I checked in the people at the hotel didn't help me with putting my stuff away, instead they just told me to fold the baby stroller. There's no ventilation system in the toilet, nor the bathroom. We didn't even bother to use the private bathroom belonging to the room. We couldn't stand being there too long, therefore I cancelled the stay via expedia after first night. They didn't let me cancel the rest of two nights, I had to come back to stay for another night. To make things even worse after I went back to the hotel, they told me that they actually charge 1500 yen for a night for a baby, which was not explained to me at all when checking in. I asked them why all of a sudden the fee wasn't charged via expedia but the hotel staff only repeated saying everything was written on the expedia page. I complained this matter to expedia and they negotiated for multiple times, yet no success. The whole stay was uncomfortable and irritating. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Terrible ryokan

They do not advertise their 9pm curfew on Expedia. There is black mold growing into the rooms in multiple locations. Room smells musty and moldy.

古いとは思っていたが、予想以上だった。 冷蔵庫の中のドリンク類は沈殿していて、期限も切れていた。 部屋にドライヤーもなく、ブレイカーが落ちるとのことで貸し出しも無かった。 清潔感はなく、もう利用はしない。
