"Booked this hotel for myself and my two daughters (18 & 20) for our first time in Japan. First upon checking in, the staff greeted us right at the Uber drop off. She guided us up to the check in kiosk and handled everything. We booked the two twin room for three ppl. Was worried I’d have to rent a cot for extra or have my daughter sleep in the bathtub. 😆 But no, they had three beds already set up. Hotel room was clean, neat and the view!!! Amazing! The shower/bath was so cool! The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of it all! Kabukichu has a reputation for being on the sketch side. ‘Sketch’ side in Japan is nothing compared to ‘sketch’ side in America. Again, we are three ladies. We felt totaly safe. Train station is very close by. In fact, leaving to the JR station is about a 7 min walk where we walked with three fairly large luggage’s the entire way. Everything was convenient. Close to Shibuya/harajuku (short train ride). I highly recommend. "

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"This was an excellent property. The staff, service, amenities, cleanliness, size of room, location to transportation, restaurants, shopping. The Limousine Bus drops off and picks up on the hotel property, lots of taxis, proper sidewalks, neighborhood is clean. I will definitely stay here again."
