"Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children."

"Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors."

"This is a decent hotel. We have stayed here twice now, each time for 3+ days. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and it’s easy to get to. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were cold and kinda watery, and the biscuits were very hard. There were other breakfast items to choose from (sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and fruit).The staff kept the breakfast area clean. We didn’t use the pool or laundry. Overall, we would stay here again."

"I relied on the reviews to book this hotel. I was very disappointed when I arrived. Check in was fabulous, but the room was subpar at best. The room was musty and the furniture had seen better days. The beds were little more than sleeping on a cot. The bare necessities were there, but I was very disappointed. The rooms are not clean and this room is not what is advertised. Needless to say, I will not be a returning guest. I hope this review helps my fellow travelers, I wish someone had posted...

"The breakfast was a letdown, it was all sprawled out, and we went up to the chef, and he didn't speak or understand english. Especially, when down the street there were much better options at hotels. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom every time you took a shower, whoever installed it did a crappy job. "Very clean"

"You are getting exactly what you pay for. No check-in instructions or property information sent unless you ask. Property has many (mostly it seemed) long term residents. Humid rooms with little to no hot water. Loud neighbors and dogs in residence moving at all hours of the night. If you’re in a pinch like we were, this is a good option, but if you’re as beat as we usually are coming back from a long day at SDC, comfortable accommodations are essential."

"On the room they were a couple of broken stuff and the fridge door barely close and was rusty.. some towels were stained and the receptionist have and attitude and don't how ro print a receipt.. Good things was the location that is on the center of everything."

"Staff were all friendly. Pool was open and clean. Lots of parking and close to restaurants. $6 Uber to most attractions but there is lots of parking at attractions if needed"

"We had no view, it was cabins in all directions except for a tiny wooded area behind the house. It was not ground level entry. We had a flight of stairs to the front porch and then another flight of stairs for the two other bed rooms. Upstairs AC unit went out on the second day, maintenance was able to repair it the next day."

"The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately"
