Fair enough Service apartment.

This place has another name of Grade hotel (The service apartment is located right behind the Grade Hotel. The views of the place are quite good from 27/F. However the place itself is quite old and some of the stained.

We actually live in Shekou and stayed here as our apartment was having some work done on it. We enjoyed staying here as it had a little kitchenette, which made it seem more like home. It was a spacious room, with a separate bedroom and living room. However, even though we had a kitchenette, it was not stocked with plates, cutlery or glasses upon our arrival, even though we assumed it would be. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable during our time there.
