"This a basic hotel with not many amenities but is very clean and the reception staff very helpful. Rooms were small. There are many shops and sites to see close by."

"Arrived at 10am and told room not ready, that's fair. Booked a 2-bedroom room but was later given two adjoining rooms instead. If this is so, hotel should had offered to check us in early (I would had gladly pay the $50/hr fee) rather than make us wait 4 hours. For parking, was told the car need to be outside the carpark for me to purchase the guest parking, again, quite weird. I need to park the car before going to the recep to purchase the pass. Breakfast is mostly canned or processed food"
