The accessible room smelled so bad we refused to stay. It looked like the room may have flooded at some point & wasn’t cleaned properly. You could see there had been water damage on the walls. We was assigned another room but why would they even attempt to have someone stay in that room. The smell was awful!

There were bare, live wires hanging behind the bathroom faucet. Very unsafe. The bathroom light didn't work most of the time. The sheets on my bed were stained, yellow stains. The washcloths were stained. We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room, even though we asked them to. We had to ask for towels every time we showered. The man at the front desk wouldn't get us towels, he sent me to the laundry room to get towels! No customer service at all. I could hear conversations from people 3 rooms away. The broken windows were taped together. I will never stay here again.

At check in clerk stopped serving me to help another customer. Room was reserved and paid for and was not ready. Lights in my room did not work, switch has no function. Tile in room is sticky. Hair loose in bathroom. No bedspread, just a top sheet over the blanket. 4 18”x18” pillows, no normal sized pillows, and no pillow cases. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Hotel although has been renovated, it is still dated. I stayed two nights while working out of town. It was fine for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t want my family to stay there. Only staff I interacted with was the gentleman at the front desk.

The beds under the sheets were dirty, the sheets had cigarette stains even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, it said no pets and there was a dog barking in another room, the front sliding door was broken so we had to manually move it every time we walked in and out of the building, the windows in the room were busted and cracked, the rub had dirt in it and the shower wall had water stains.

Some cracked windows and my toilet wasn't too cooperative but was addressed right away. Staff was amazing- I locked myself out of my room twice. They took care of me.

I did not feel safe with my kids being there. It smelled of drugs the pool by the pool was drinking and smoking and was loud. The inconvenience of walking all the around from the parking lot to get to the pool was bad. The pool door that lead to the pool had broken glass. And it was taped off with a chair in front of it.

Based on the rash of horrible reviews for this property from half a year ago, I was skeptical. It was immediately apparent that the current staff are working hard to overcome the hotels previous state. I could see numerous repairs had been made and were ongoing. The room was as advertised, all of the room amenities worked well, the room was clean, and even the hallways had an interesting art style. I did not wake up in time for breakfast, but the sitting area for eating looked nice. There were some minor issues like loose screws, a few entry doors that were inaccesible and some cracked glass that had been sealed around the facility, but overall a nice stay.

The stay was fine- the hotel was not the cleanest and we found a couple bugs in our room. We personally one not stay again. Broken windows in other rooms, badly repaired bathroom, not the safest vibe.

The shower didn’t work. There were bugs in the room. Towels didn’t look very clean. Even the main room light wasn’t working. Another lamp was flickering and wouldn’t turn on. The only redemption was the bed was at least comfortable.

Great Value in Shawnee

This was a quick few hour stay on my road trip...just a place to rest my head for a few hours. The room was not clean....the was a garbage bag on the floor by the desk. The bathroom was not clean... toilet was soiled and bath/shower had hair in it. There was no toilet paper there were no towels. Nightshift person on duty provided the missing essentials...but did not offer to change rooms. The window was broken (hidden by the drapes) and air was leaking in. Advertised "morning breakfast" was a joke. I told the daylight person and there wasn't a "sorry" delivered or any sort of compensation offered. Absolutely no decent customer service. Terrible experience.

The hotel doesn’t look fancy but it’s clean and fair price. They have WiFi and decent channels on tv. Place looks like it needs a little maintenance but over all my family and I had a great experience and it’s about a week later and we’re here again for a few days!

I booked a room here for the price. Because of the weather, we are having plumbing issues and I needed a hot shower. The front door wouldn't open and there was no one at the front desk. I guess it's always like that because the pizza guy knew to push it open and he found the desk clerk for me. When I finally made it to my room to shower, I seen a family of roaches. I had planned to stay the night but got out of there real fast.

This hotel was exactly what you would expect for a discount hotel. The rooms were sufficient, but nothing special. My card keys were only activated for one day, even though my stay was for six. I had to get the key reactivated fevery day. My room had some drywall damage that had been repaired and the room had been recently painted, but no care was taken to minimize the appearance of the repair, nor had outlet and switch covers been removed for painting, so they had paint on them. The shower/tub area was clean, but stained. The towels were thin, but clean. I saw several small roaches in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but the phone was damaged and the ac/heater unit would not let me keep the heat on with the fan running at night to reduce the noise in the hallway. If I wanted heat, the fan had to cycle on and off. The photos and description of these rooms show a laptop area, which appears to be a desk. The room I stayed in had an office chair, but no desk, so I had to work off the foot of one of the beds. Not a huge deal, but a bit deceptive. Breakfast was provided every day and was very basic. Toast, bagels, fresh waffles with syrup, fruity cereal, clementines, milk, coffee, yogurt and butter. There was cream cheese for the bagels the first day, but they ran out and didn't replenish during the remaining 5 days of my stay. Overall, this was an average hotel experience.

Not a bad place for one night, but keep an eye on bed bugs and cockroaches in some room. Furniture, mirror, bathroom door, or window might be chirped. Stained beddings.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom looked like there had been a brawl in there. Things were ripped out of the wall, holes in the walls, the shower faucet was ripped out of the wall and dangling. Definitely needs some attention.

AVOID AVOID Stay somewhere else.. I was tired and well I know know better Wyndham doesn’t always mean quality… roaches stained beds and pillows check your beds under the sheets and pull your pillows out… you will be amazed and disturbed at what owners allow. Simply AVOID AVOID THIS HOTEL
