"All 3rooms I booked were infested with bedbugs & roaches. The offered replacement rooms were also infested with roaches and bedbugs. We were asked to leave with a full refund for 2rooms & a 2day refund for the 3rd room. Which I have yet to receive. I have itchy bite mark and had to throw away my luggage and book a new hotel for the remainder of our stay. This hotel is a scam…. I spoke with cooperate and still haven’t received any help. I’m now looking into legal actions…"

"Excellent location if you need reliable transportation to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and room service was very accommodating despite us calling so late. We ordered pizza, it was delicious and brought to our room in a very timely manner. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful explaining what all the amenities were. We had a 5 year old with us so he did ok but if you have toddlers, our room had a very large, fancy mirror. Just check out the room just in case your room has one. The room was spacious and the bathroom was soo beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and that’s nice. Sadly, I needed to use the hairdryer and it was the most disgusting dryer I’ve seen. It was sticky, hair stuck to it and I didn’t end up using it. A hairdryer that unclean made me question the cleanliness of the room in general. Also, clearly a pet(dog) had been in the room because it smelled like a dog. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. "
