Good Modern hotel

This is a great hotel and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was not good at all but it never is in China.

Sheraton Waigaoqiao

one of the best hotels I have been to, - great service - competent English speaking staff - clean, well-kept rooms, - wonderful bathroom, - good location, close to metro line 10 - 44 minutes from the SHA center - great breakfast - dinner is available in the lobby and in the room - sauna, swimming pool, and SPA, great infrastructure. I recommend it to everyone - I will come back here too

Great hotel under the brand at that location. Hotel however does need a bit of upgrade though. Wasn’t too impressed with room as there are following designs issues: 1) Power sockets at the desk area. The universal socket is under the desk, making it difficult to use. The sockets above the table are at the extreme end, making it far from the working space. I ended using the smaller, narrow side table instead. 2) Electrical switches can be better located. The toilet’s switches are right beside the entrance, when it should be nearer to the toilet itself. 3) The hanging lamp at the sink soils have been placed at the other side when the entrance to the toilet is narrow. I hit it several times. 4) The light switches in the room can be better segmented. Can’t do selective powering off/on. Apart from the room, the breakfast looked extensive, but there actually weren’t much options. I must however compliment the breakfast crew, especially the lady who made my omelette in the morning. She’s always courteous n smiling.

Great hotel! Very fancy and comfortable. All the staff spoke English. We stayed on a high floor that had a bath tub big enough for two with a view of the city. Granted, the view was rather industrial from our side of the building, but we still thought it was cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

環保不是花錢受罪 ! Environmental friendly ???

喜來登系列酒店的空調太差，天氣稍涼一點就只剩下大堂，會議廳和餐廳會開啟；房間內悶熱不通風。今年下半年住了4次各地的喜來登一樣的問題前台是建議都是開窗睡吧，酒店的空調系統不開無解的。這次在外高橋窗外噪音和氣味無法開窗只能向酒店要風扇降溫。實在離譜! 我的同事住附近酒店就有空調樓層，這次讓我對喜來登酒店是完全反感。環保不等於花錢受罪 The air conditioning in the Sheraton series hotels is so poor. It's turned on only at the lobby, conference hall and restaurant when the weather gets cooler; the rooms are stuffy and not ventilated. In the second half of this year, I stayed at Sheraton hotels in various places 4 times and had the same problem. The front desk suggested sleeping with the windows open. The hotel's air-conditioning system was not turned on. There was no solution. This time, due to the noise and smell outside the Waigaoqiao window, I couldn't open the window and had to ask the hotel for a fan to cool down. It’s outrageous! My colleagues stay in nearby hotels that have air-conditioned floors. This time, I am completely disgusted with the Sheraton Hotel. Environmental protection does not mean spending money and suffering.

Estancia corta pero agradable después de haber tenido que cambiar de hotel en Shanghai porque el anterior hotel era una ratonera. Zona tranquila y un servicio admirable. Todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Lo anoto para mis próximas visitas a Shanghai.

El hotel es excelente, limpieza, personal, desayuno, todo es increíble. Si van de turismo no lo recomiendo ya que se encuentra muy alejado del centro y el taxi es algo elevado, de ahí en fuera excelente hotel.
