The staff are great, beautiful family. But the downside are the amenities, no A/C, pillows are so thin, and head shower is broken, no soap and just shampoo. I love the people but not the room. My experience is just fine nothing special.

We had a wonderful experience here except for the very end when we were locked inside of the hotel and could not exit! Bringing this up here so that hopefully staff will address this. We left around 6am for the Theth to valbona hike, exited our room and every single door was locked. We were literally locked into the hotel overnight. Extremely creepy and scary! There are no contact numbers and there was no one available, we were forced to jump several feet out of the window with our gear. Please fix this!! Totally unacceptable and a fire hazard! We checked multiple windows and other doors and they all seemed to be locked. This should not ever happen. Besides that, truly wonderful and family-owned business. We slept great, the room stays nice and cool. Clean amenities, so relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant has great food too!
