"Room was filthy. Area is really unsafe. This hotel is listed as a 3 stars but is not even worth a 1 star. This hotel should not be listed on any website. The washroom was dirty, the dirty drain water from the sink was going directly on the floor, there was no separation between the toilet and the shower, there was no hot water, the water from the shower was leaking out to the room floor, the door lock was broken. "I booked 2 room for my parents and my siblings and paid 600£ for 3 nights . They had awful experience bar was included but when they checked in the room , the staff came and took the drinks from the room fridge infront of guests staying in. Saying “ ye pee na len drinks le jao” even when it was all included. there were no room amenities inside room only one tooth brush for 2 adults rooms and no slippers inside , no towels , and the mini fridge inside the room was not working, it has some technical problem , had worst experience . It just a hype of “PC” it hasn’t maintained its standard. Poorly trained staff. Unprofessional. 👎"

"Luxury Inn in name only. Positives: friendly staff, strong hot water and pressure, comfortable bed, reliable cold AC. Half-truths: the “lush green” outdoor photo is outdated; the area is dry and dirty. The “continental” breakfast is paratha and egg every day, which is repetitive for a two-week stay. Negatives: constant noise from a nearby train, stray cats, and a mosque with extended early morning and evening prayers made full sleep impossible. The internet was unreliable. Room 102 should be avoided—its exterior window and proximity to reception amplify noise. Overall, the property feels neglected: worn furnishings, stained linens, no housekeeping in two weeks. Internet issues were dismissed as “the government.” The prevailing impression is indifference to guest experience, delivered politely."

"The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable."
