"I loved the experience! My husband enjoyed it but said it brought back memories of the military. lol There are port-a-potties but were surprisingly clean. They did not smell bad. There was only 1 shower for 4 yurts. It would have been nice to have a couple of whole bathrooms in a building rather than port-a-potties. Overall, it was a great experience! The host communicated well and it was so easy to check in. If you are joining a cruise, I suggest scheduling a taxi for embarkation day! Transportation is limited in the area and the yurts are about a 10-15 minute drive from the terminal and restaurants. The taxis are very busy on embarkation day. Be prepared to carry your luggage. They are on an incline. The photos online are an accurate and meet expectation! The yurts are comfortable and cozy! Loved the vibe!! I was a little worried about wildlife when walking to the bathroom but I did not come across any during our stay. I love the lights outside to light up the area. However, it made it difficult to try to see the northern lights. Overall, highly recommend! It was a great glamping experience!!!"
