Lovely boutique little apartment with all the facilities you could want for a short stay. Right in the centre of the Santa Cruz area of Seville - five minutes from the Cathedral and Royal Palace with bars and tapas on your doorstep - with that in mind, please note it is not quiet. Great, quick and very helpful communication.

The location is simply amazing, in one of the best areas of the city. The duplex apartment we stayed in was super clean, spacious enough, well furnished and fitted with everything you need for a long weekend. The only negative points were a very weak Wi-Fi connection (not working at all for two days) and the door access code that was not working when we arrived (problem solved via WhatsApp in about 10 minutes). All in all, I would recommend it!

Great atmospheric location in the middle of the Barrio de Santa Cruz (historic Jewish quarter) with two large windows on each floor facing a small square with several restaurants. Very clean, comfortable bed, suitable for two people only, in my opinion, because the only bathroom is in the second floor bedroom. Not recommended for people with mobility issues, as there are several stairs to climb to get to the apartment and more to the bedroom, as expected and shown in the pictures, but worked out great for the two of us.

Todo perfecto y muy bonito.

Quien ha reformado y amueblado estos apartamentos lo ha hecho con un gusto estupendo, en cada detalle. Son preciosos, muy funcionales para una estancia corta y no les falta de nada. Un agradecimiento especial a la señora que se ocupaba de preparar la habitación entre el check-out anterior y nuestro check-in, y al chico encargado del mantenimiento del ascensor: ambos se esforzaron espontáneamente para permitirnos dejar el equipaje y entrar al fresco, mientras esperábamos poder hablar con la chica muy amable que posteriormente nos dio toda la información sobre el apartamento… un gesto maravilloso teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas y que viajábamos con dos niños. ¡Recomiendo el apartamento al 100%!

Très bien situé mais quelques manques

Logement très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux lieux à visiter. Pas très grand mais il y a une terrasse agréable le soir ou tot le matin. Par contre il manquait des sacs poubelles, un décapsuleur, un tire-bouchon, une passoire. Cela a été signalé mais aucune réponse de la part de l'agence. Dommage car jusqu'à l'entrée dans le logement, la communication était simple et rapide.
