"My husband and I were looking for a nice staycation. Their online reviews said this was the perfect hotel for couples when we arrived we found the hotel was UNDER RENOVATION. The HOTEL looked very dated and old. The windows were very dirty/ dingy. There looked to be what was liquid garbage from the garbage truck in the driveway walking up to the hotel. I was afraid to park my car in the parking lot. It had potholes and gravel all over. The staff was friendly enough and apologetic for the conditions. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was random trash throughout the vestibule areas. I questioned the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi and the surrounding tile floors. We put our luggage back in the car and drove home, tired and disappointed."

"I enjoyed my stay , the room was a nice size and very comfortable, and clean I will definitely be staying there again. Also location was great off the highway. Breakfast was included in the stay. It Could it have been a little bit better more warm food options, other then that the stay would have been a 10 but im rating 9 to 9 1/2 . "

"Very noisy due to the thin walls, thin floors, hardwood (fake) floors, no carpeting in room, no soundproofing whatsoever. Extremely shabby and bare-bones rooms: a bed, nightstands, a sad table and a couple banquet chairs, an ok tv, a noisy window heat/ac unit, an alarmingly small bathroom. Do not stay here. Read that again. Do not stay here."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Arista for my birthday. It was clean and quiet. All staff I interacted with were pleasent and extremely accommodating! It was convenient to have the spa and cafe attached and I recommend both. I'll be staying again!"
