The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful when could figure out the air conditioner remote and when questions about tram tickets. The air conditioner works great.

"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great ..."
