We like the decor of the apartment. Bed is clean and toilet is clean. However, there was a cockroach infestation. I killed 2 roaches and counted 20 more. Also, internet was not working and I contacted owner to address, but there was no reply. Hope owner can deal with this soon.

The property is in a convenient location, right next to the shopping centre, and is ideal for anyone who wants to stay close to the airport with easy access to shops. However, the check-in process is not smooth. I stayed here twice for about 7 hours each time during my transit in Malaysia, and on both occasions, my room was changed at short notice. Additionally, the room details I was given for second stay were incorrect—the key was not in the mailbox as instructed. Fortunately, my transit was during the daytime, so I was able to reach the host with the help of a security guard, who directed me to the management staff. They were the ones who eventually provided the keys for another room. If I had arrived late at night after 10pm, as I did on my first stay, it would have been problematic since the only way to reach the host is via WhatsApp between 9am - 10pm, which requires internet access. As a short-term transit guest, I didn’t have local internet or a SIM card. I informed the host about this issue, but she didn’t pay much attention and still changed my room last minute. Additionally, the toilet was not very clean, though everything else was acceptable for a short stay.

The room is cute, but smelled of mildew and there were bugs everywhere. The building was confusing as there is no "front desk." And the amenities are not free to use 24/7.

The room was fine for our one night in Kuala Lumpur in transit. However getting in touch with the accommodation was not easy as there is no front desk and they didnt answer when we called. Also there is no wifi so we even though they eventually messaged us check in and check out details we couldn't get the messages without internet. The pool was very nice and the room was clean however there was only a bottom sheet on the beds and a furry blanket - no top sheets which was very strange.

It was next to a big mall. The entrance & exits to the building were super confusing. Door to the lifts were closed for unknown reason. Fridge was not cleaned (some mysterious parcel of leaf inside). Air-conditioner was either 24degrees celcius cold or Off - there was no way to adjust the temperature.

Stay away from this place

This place could be ok, but first we got an apartment with no WiFi. That’s a problem when traveling internationally and we had no way of communicating. The air conditioning didn’t work. The beds are way too hard for our taste. The water boiler had a European style power plug and didn’t fit in the Malaysian power outlets. When we contacted the owner with our issues, first they told us someone would show up at a certain time. We were there waiting for an hour and no one showed up. When we contacted them again they ghosted us. There is no reception here so if things doesn’t go as planned, don’t expect any help.

Overnight before departing from KLIA

The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities with plenty of eateries and Supermarket all in walking distance. The apt does not provide any tea or coffee sachets like other hotel/AbnB rooms. Also, with out any TV box or Astro TV. Otherwise, I would give it better rating.
