"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better—right in the center of Myeongdong and directly in front of the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul or catching transportation.
The staff were also a highlight of my stay. They were helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I appreciated their hospitality.

"Overall an incredible experience at a gorgeous hotel. Upon arrival we were immediately made to feel welcome. We were offered a room upgrade which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and a cool, quiet refuge from the hot and bustling city. The customer service was one point (shout out to Lucas who helped us get dinner reservations). Loved every minute of it and would definitely return!"

"The service wasn’t meets my expectations. The staff was not impressed. One day the housekeeper cleaned my room at 17:30 and I told her to come back in 30 min cuz I will take a shower. She answered me can’t wait because she want to go home :( While the concierge and receptionist are let me carry my 2 suitcases by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again."
