The property is located conveniently within a 5 to 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong and close to the train station. Hotel is located in a new building and the hotel itself is very new. Rooms are clean but very small.

Front desk staff were super helpful, providing suggestions and writing the addresses in Korean. The van package was exceptional comfortable. the only criticism is that our room didn’t have a table or chairs but otherwise I would totally come back!

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, staff were helpful and some spoke English well enough to communicate required notices and amenities. The AC worked well in each room and the rooms were as they looked in the pictures. House keeping services was a plus because they provided fresh towels and bottled waters in the morning even if we declined room keeping services. The location was great and nearby to many bus stops and walkable to many train stations or popular areas such as Myeongdong and Insadong.

Our group of 6 stayed here and it was the perfect place. The free van service was the best part. We were worried about having to grab two cabs, but thanks to the van, we traveled super comfortably while chatting the whole way. The living room was so spacious, it honestly felt like we had rented out a party room.

Great rooms, great (firm) bed. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea amenities. Infact there wasn’t even a mug or spoon… there’s 2x wine glasses and a bottle opener. Great location and overall a fun place to stay

The front desk is not 247. I been waiting at the front desk for 10 mins at 12am and nobody was there. The WhatsApp hotline.. they didn’t response at all. Even I texted them. They just read and ignored my request / assistance. It’s a hotel chain expanding quickly in Seoul. But software like customer services has a lot to improve.

We had a very comfy stay at this hotel. The bed & pillows were good, the shower pressure was excellent and the staff friendly, helpful and just plain nice. Great location approx 10min walk to all surrounding suburbs like Myongdong and Isadong with subway stations close by also.

とても滞在しやすいホテルでした。またソウルを訪れる際は利用したいと思います。 シャトルサービスもとても便利でした。朝早く空港への出発も利用できたらなおよいです。 ホテルからは、明洞まで徒歩圏内でとても便利です。ローカルの方々が利用する食事の場所も近くにあり、日常がみられる地域でもあるのかなと思いました。家族で利用しましたが、とても満足のできるホテルでした。

두 가족과 함께 머물렀는데요, 서울 호텔을 여러 번 이용했지만 무료 벤서비스는 처음 받아봅니다. 덕분에 경복궁, 성수, 여의도까지 편하게 이동했고 이동비를 많이 절약했습니다. 특히 최대 6명까지 탈 수 있어서 가족 여행이라면 정말 큰 장점인 것 같습니다.

整體感受非常良好。酒店於2026年6月全新開幕，從大堂到房間都散發著嶄新的氣息。設計風格簡約現代，搭配木質元素與柔和燈光，既時尚又舒適。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟度恰到好處，讓人一夜好眠。浴室設備齊全，水壓穩定，備品質感優良，使用起來十分愉快。房內還配備最新型智能電視與高速 Wi-Fi，對旅客而言非常便利。 地理位置是另一大優勢，酒店位於仁寺洞核心地段，步行即可探索傳統茶館、工藝品店與文化景點。交通也相當方便，距離地鐵站不遠，前往明洞、弘大或江南都十分輕鬆。服務方面，雖然酒店剛開幕，前台人員已展現出專業與熱情，辦理入住退房迅速，並耐心解答旅遊問題。清潔人員每日打掃細緻，房間保持一塵不染。 唯一的小缺點是部分設施仍在逐步完善，有些地方仍在裝修中，偶爾會聽到些許施工聲響，但並不影響整體住宿品質。總體而言，UH Suite 酒店以嶄新的設施、優越的地點與貼心的服務，提供了極佳的住宿體驗，是結合現代舒適與傳統文化氛圍的理想選擇。

initial impression was bad. i was made to believe that property reception was 24/7. we arrived in seoul at 5am and cab driver called to verify location. no one answered. after finally finding the property we found out that no one was manning front desk. we wanted to leave our bags so we waited for someone to receive our luggages. she arrived 8am after two hours of waiting. recep floor restroom was dirty, had water splattered all over and no tissue paper anywhere. eventually we arrived at our room and found out bathroom door was not working and had to transfer to another room. daily towel replacements and they clean the room every 4-5 days. 10-15 walk to myeongdong. a lot of restos and bars also nearby. 3 to 5 min walk to nearest subway. property also along major road so taxis and buses easily accessible. wished there was more hangers in the room and also a place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. they have whatsapp for communication and no phone present in room. wifi was ok. we also wished air conditioning was cooler. we all woke up a bit warm and sweaty. better pillows too as they were too small and flat for our liking. if they improve i might book again but for now less likely.
