The location was excellent, very close to subway lines 9 and 5, which connect to many major spots in the city. I will definitely stay here again because of the convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Excellent location near the subway and within easy walking distance of Yoido Park, IFC Mall, and The Hyundai Department Store. The apartment is very convenient, with a washer, dryer, Styler, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay, not the Taj Mahal, the building is old but it’s clean. But the stand out for this hotel is the customer service. Cara and the team treat every guest like royalty. This would be one of the best customer service that I have ever come across. Arriving at 8am from Germany, they made sure that my room was cleaned first so instead of waiting till 2pm, they let me in at 10am. Then when an even better room became available, they came and moved me. They went over and beyond what is expected of hotel staff. Thank you for making my stay worth it.

Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great value for money. The location is a little bit out of the way but the hotel was very close to a subway station, which made getting around quite easy. Having laundry and a styler in the room was a major plus, though you will need to either purchase laundry detergent downstairs or bring your own. Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star stay was the inability to adjust the temperature in the room.

Spacious room but not clean enough

The room is big that can fully open your luggage’s and also have microwave, kettle, cutlery, stove, laundry. The room is not that clean there is some smell on the pillows and quilt. The bathroom’s floor is yellow color and slippery due to no cleaning. No supermarkets around the hotel but many convenience stores. Here is an office area so it’s really quiet at nights. The hotel is close to the sounding buildings so it is hardly to open the curtains.

Situated in a commercial area. One metro stop from a connecting station to main metro lines. Arriving after 11pm is difficult as you have to enter info manually into a system and the hotels.com reservation number didn’t match the actual hotel number, so the night manager had to assist. Apartment with separate bedroom area is large and spacious although one side of the bed is on a window and hard to get out of. Washing machine (bring your own detergent), separate toilet and shower all spotless, but weirdly no bath towels. Only small hand towels. Small lounge, big tv’s, lots of storage, two air cons. Kitchen is practical in size however only comes with pans, crockery, chopsticks and spoons. That is it. So bring your own knife, chopping board, dish cloth, dishwashing liquid, towel, and western cutlery if you want a fork. Good gym space, storage, nice staff. 150 metres to metro subway and No Brands supermarket is about 200 metres. Plenty of coffee shops within metres. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet area away from tourist hot spots, which some may view as a negative.

I will give a 3 stars for (Location is good, near to metro) & (Washing Machine in room).Counter Staff is impolite (not all), when i hand over my used towels for exchange of new set, she grabbed it hard and slight scratched my hand LOL. Towels have to be taken down to B1 reception for exchange daily, this is so inconvenient. House keeping is only done once every 2 or 3 days. Coffee capsules have to be purchase, not given in rooms. Last but not least and the most displeasing was, rooms are only given 2 pillows on bed, extra pillow will be chargeable at 22000 won for 2 nights! This is ridiculous and extremely unreasonable! PS: Towel is small like face towel, so those going might want to bring your own and maybe your own pillow LOL.

One morning, a member of the housekeeping team opened the door to my room. The hotel claimed it was a mistake while verifying no-show rooms. I find this explanation unacceptable, as the hotel should have a system in place to track which rooms are occupied. I do not understand why a staff member needed to physically check the room. The front desk did apologize and offered a three-hour late check-out, which I did not find satisfactory. In terms of hygiene, I found a used contact lens at the room entrance. On one occasion, when I returned to my room at night, I noticed several pieces of dirt on the bed and floor, which I believe came from the air conditioning.
