The location of the property is great since it is right by city station. The staff at the front desk is very nice. The place itself is decent and I got one of the cheaper rooms but it was OK. I liked it and the only real issue is that the staff likes to sweep the dirt under the bed. You’ll see about five years worth if you look

The biggest problem was the bathroom- lots of mold everywhere, moldy smell. The room itself was fine- small and not super well lit, but the AC worked and the bed was fine. The area around the hotel has a lot of smokers, but it didn't seep into the hotel. Luggage could be stored at the front desk, which was convenient, but sometimes you had to wait for a bit before someone came to the front desk.

とても快適に過ごせました。 シャワーがトイレの手前にあるので、シャワーを浴びた後は床がびしょびしょの中トイレへ行かなければならないのが難点ですが、それが気にならなければ、充分に過ごしやすいホテルです。 日本語のできるスタッフの方がいて安心です。

外観は真っ黒の自動ドアで　風俗店かラブホみたいでした笑笑　フロントは夜の間に不在です とチェックイン時に言われました。日本語の上手なお兄さんでした。部屋には電気ポットがなかったのが不便でしたが、とても過ごしやすい部屋でした。「夜は床暖房になるので暑かったらエアコン付けてね」と言われ、驚いたけど本当に暖かく暑いくらいで、小窓を開けたらちょうど良かった。周辺のアクセスが良いのでとっても便利です。明洞は徒歩で、地下鉄も1号線と4号線に近い。ソウル駅へもバスで2ストップ　大きいスーツケースで移動もバスが楽でした。また泊まりたいです。

Could Not Have Been Better!

The receptionist (Mr. Lee?) was extremely hard working and amazingly hospitable and considerate. Clean rooms, great location and fair prices. What more can one ask for?? Highly recommend.

スタッフが日本語がお上手で、なんと7ヶ国語話せるそうです。いろいろお店も紹介してくれて、ホテル到着直後にすぐお店に入る事が出来たので、疲れもぶっ飛びました。会う度に気持ちよく挨拶もしてくれるので楽しい旅行になりました。 近くに飲食店も多数、コンビニ、南大門市場も近いので、観光にも最高の場所です。

床はベタベタしスリッパなしでは絶対に歩けません。 浴室は天井、壁、床全てにショックを受けるほどのカビが生えておりかなり不潔です。 近くに飲食店が多いので外から声が聞こえます。壁が薄いので隣室のテレビの音、話し声、シャワー音が聞こえます。 ベッドと枕だけは唯一綺麗です。 冷蔵庫には水が2本ありました。 コンドームが置いてありラブホテルのようです。 泊まるのはおすすめできないです…。

2023/6に3泊しました、ホテルのスタッフは日本語もでき、非常に親切でしたが、 シャワーが弱いのと、虫が排水溝から湧いて出てきたのか、足から登ってきました。 古いホテルでしたが、1泊7000円とある程度の金額を払って不潔なのはショックでした。 次は泊まらないかな。

4泊しました。 よかった点 ○どこに行くにも便利な場所にあり、地下鉄の駅にも近く、迷わず行けます。また、コンビニまで歩いて10秒。 ○この立地のホテルの中ではとても安くてコスパがいい。 ○他の口コミにもありますが、フロントにいる日本語が上手なお兄さんは、口コミどおり上手&とても親切。 悪い点 ○設備は古く、いかにも安宿な場末感がすごい。シャワーは水量、水温とも問題なく、機能的に不満はないが、水回りが特に古くて、多分どんなに掃除をしても薄汚い感じがとれない印象。 ○シャワーとトイレとの間に仕切がないので、シャワーをあびると床がびしょびしょになる。 ○繁華街、それも日本で言えば歌舞伎町のど真ん中にある感じ。ホテルの入り口もラブホテルの入り口みたい。 ○そんなにきつくはないが、安っぽい芳香剤の香りが部屋の中にずーっと漂っていて、不快。 ○フロントに誰もいないことがほとんどで、用事があるときはお兄さんの携帯に電話をする必要がある。 私は日中、観光でずっと出てて、ホテルは基本寝るだけだったので、値段を考えれば総じて満足でしたが、カップルで利用するのはお勧めしません。（私は一人旅）

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro que conecta con todo Seúl, hay muchas opciones para comer y 7eleven cerca, para mi el baño no fue cómodo por cómo se comparte todo el espacio del retrete con la regadera, si no tienes cuidado, al bañarte, mojas todo a tu alrededor, el día que llegamos no nos pusieron papel de baño y no me di cuenta hasta en la noche, ya que en la tarde solo llegamos, dejamos maletas y nos fuimos, y en la noche no hay staff en la recepción. Fuera de esos dos detalles, por el precio este lugar es muy conveniente.
