You will get what you pay for. I suppose I shouldn't be complaining about how the room smelled, how it doesn't even have a small refrigerator in my own room except it's shared, how there were so many black marks on their white wall, but I chose this place due to pretty good reviews and how my room was only $30 when it's usually way way more. In the end it is a plain $30 room and for regular $30 room I would have to say it was nice that they provided free laundry service with free use of detergents including dryer, two courteous staff working there. I do hope you like walking up the hill but it was nice Myung Dong shopping area only took less than 10 minute walk.

スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーな方でした。部屋も清潔でレセプションに近い部屋だったのでとても使い勝手が良かったです。朝食時間も決まっていたと思いますが、朝早く出発したい事を話したら時間前でも朝食（パンと飲み物）ＯＫでした。ただ、ホテルに行くまでの坂がかなりきつかったです。

明洞から近いという口コミを見てこちらのホテルに決めました。ホテルからは、坂を下ったらすぐに明洞駅や明洞の繁華街に着きましたが、ホテルへ向かう道は上り坂が長く続いたので結構きつかったです。でもオーナーさんにはお世話になりました！感謝！

Affordable place to stay in Myeongdong

The guesthouse is about a 8-10 minutes walk from the main myeongdong street, a great place to stay as the shops open until 11pm or some even 12pm it is still very lively at near midnight. Great for late night snacks. It has a GS25 store nearby it making it convenient for travelers. When going up there is a slope up it was ok for us just take it as exercising. Has directly limousine airport bus to the guesthouse, just have to cross the street and walk straight up

場所が少し分かりづらく到着するまで細い路地を歩きまわりましたが、ホテルそのものはリーズナブルで快適でした！ オンドルが気持ちいいです。朝食付は共有スペースに食パンやコーヒーが提供されてて、冷蔵庫の牛乳や卵を自分で出して調理します。

Nettes Hostel in guter Lage

Das Einzelzimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand und für mich völlig ausreichend. Der Service insgesamt, sowie das enthaltene SB-Frühstück und sonstige Snacks und Aufmerksamkeiten (z.B. Taschen-Heizkissen für kalte Tage) waren sehr überzeugend.

排水溝が詰まっていた。

客室がホコリ臭い。 シャワーがあるところの排水溝が詰まっており、シャワーを浴びるとプール状態になる。 トイレの便器下部が汚れていて不愉快だった。 きちんと掃除をして欲しい。 明洞に近く手頃な値段だったので前も利用したが、今回の客室は最悪だったからもう利用しないかな。

南山吉爾之家距離明洞站3號出口，需步行上山約十五分鐘，拉著行李頗為吃力尤其在下雪及在雨中，可說步步為營。年青一代可考慮投宿，有老有少則慎重。環境也算寧靜，空氣質素也不錯，附近也有便利店及食肆，也很便利。民宿方面也算整潔及設備齊全，但職員態度真的是你問一句，佢答一句，不是那麼熱情好客。我好談然渡過那五日四夜，沒有令我再租住的衝動。

除了要從明洞爬山坡到旅店之外，離南山塔很近，員工人真的很好，甚至到看行李多又打不到車的窘境，還主動載下山

The host is very polite and kind. The guestrooms have bathrooms inside, with mirrors, clean towels, shampoo and hairdryers etc. But note that you need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The environment is all neat and tidy. You can make your own breakfast using the shared kitchen in the lobby. Although you need to climb your way up to the guesthouse, it's highly recommended for travelers with a restricted budget. It's totally worth more than the price.

乾淨、舒適、友善但需爬坡的民宿

這是間明亮乾淨舒適的民宿，位置接近明洞3號出口，附近又有便利商店、烤肉店、炸雞店，便利性很高。還有免費wifi、微波爐、餐具、火爐可用，以及免費泡麵、蛋、牛奶、果汁、咖啡、吐司可吃，有居家的感覺。 但是同行者有老人或行動不便者，可能要多考慮，因為從明洞到這間飯店需要爬坡，另外，電視只有無線台，若想看有線台者可能也要三思了！

Good stay

I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfortable, private bathroom was good and the property is in good condition. DIY breakfast was good. I did not have much interaction with staff but they were friendly when I did see them. You get used to walking up that hill to get there :) Would stay again.

Nice guest house but up 2 hills

The guest house and all the staff were great, a very clean place with access to free laundry facilities. The only thing that is a little of an inconvenience is that it is up 2 hills. It was very hard to walk them up everyday after shopping or walking all day.

괜찮았던 숙소

게스트 하우스는 역에서 조금 떨어져 있어 접근성은 보통입니다만 오르막길 이라 여자 혼자 캐리어 끌고 가기에는 조금 힘드실 듯 합니다 수건, 샴푸, 바디워시 구비 되어 있구요 일인실에서 혼자 잘지냈습니다 방에 샤워실겸 화장실 있어서 좋았습니다 전체적으로 깔끔한 게스트 하우스 였던거 같습니다 다음에도 용무가 있다면 또 묵고 싶습니다

Cheap price with free breakfast

The guesthouse is close to the cable car going to namsan tower. There's a convenience stores and restaurant nearby so no need to worry on where to eat on the first day. Also, the front desk patiently waiting for me to check-in despite my flight being delayed (arrive around 12 midnight). Then you can just walk to Myeongdong shopping area (maybe 10-15 minutes) and subway is accessible.
