이 호텔은 커플여행보다는 일보러 잠깐 싸게 머물 수 있는 정도임..대신 사장님이 매우 친절했어요 교통편은 아주 좋았어요

This hotel provides microwave, fridge and water dispenser. Hotel owner i guess, did not speak much probably due to language barrier but always willing to help. The room was compact but adequate and affordable since we just need place to sleep and the hotel location is really near to Sinseol-dong bus station and subway.

Wir waren für 2.5 Wochen in diesem Hotel und haben ein gratis Upgrade erhalten und somit mehr als nur ein Zimmer gesehen. Das Hotel liegt für die ÖV-Verbindungen sehr gut. Man hat die Metro Station Sinseol-dong (Linie 1, 2 und Ui-Sinseol LRT). Mit dem Airport Bus hat man gleich in der Nähe eine Ein- und Ausstiegstation. Ansonsten hat es in der Umgebung von 5min Fussweg alles was man braucht. Sogar einen 24h Coin-Waschsalon ist in ca. 15min Laufweg zu erreichen. Während unserem Aufenthalt ging der Boiler kaputt. In den 3 Tagen der Reperatur wurde uns netterweise ein Eintritt in eine Bade- und Saunaanstalt bezahlt. Die Gastgeber können unterschiedlich gut englisch aber man kann sich verständigen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen wo sie können. Sie sind aber nicht immer da, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit ihnen per What's app zu schreiben. Der Check-in und out war sehr einfach und ging problemlos von statten. Nomen est omen, die Zimmer sind wirklich klein. Aber es genügt, da man in Seoul so viel erleben kann. Wir sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen im Hotel gewesen. Die Betten sind bequem und das Fenster genügt zum Lüften. Leider mussten wir feststellen, das nicht so oft gereinigt wurde. Das Bett war jeden Abend gemacht und die Abfalleimer entleert. Das Bad und der Boden wurden jedoch unregelmässig gereinigt. Vor allem beim Bad wäre es schön gewesen wenn alle 2 bis 3 Tage alles geputzt wurde. Die Räume sammeln schnell staub an und das sieht man.

チェックインが大幅に遅れてしましたが、快く迎えて頂き、部屋も暖かくして下さって疲れて到着したので、凄く、安心して休めました。 場所的には駅から近いので、便利です。 初めての場所でしたが、周りにお店も沢山有るので困らなかったです。 建物自体は古く怪しい感じですが、部屋やベット等は清潔だったので、寝るだけで有れば充分満足です。 又、利用したいです。

非常方便，好近地鐵新設洞站，附近有兩間大便利店，距離東大門都近，去其他主要景點地鐵站，都順路，老闆非常好人，幫我們拿行李上樓，走時幫我地拿行李去帶我哋坐機場巴士，親切到不得了，下次一定會再住此酒店。

新設洞の駅から徒歩3分！東大門まで歩いて20分ぐらい！周りは美味しいご飯屋さんがたくさんで、夜でも人通りが多く、コンビニもあり、とにかく大満足でした！そしてなにより、フロントのおじさんがとってもとっても親切でした^ ^また絶対行きます！

駅から徒歩1分で周りに料理店が多かったのでとても満足しています。駅までの行き方を説明してくださったり変換プラグの貸し出しを行ってくださったりして本当に感謝しています。ただひとつ難点があるとするならば、シャワーを浴びることが難しかったです。温度調節がなかなかうまくいかず熱すぎたり冷たすぎたりしたりし、流しすぎると部屋にまで水がいってしまうことが難点でした。しかし、総合的に見るととても好条件で快適なホテルでした。

2回目の宿泊です

一泊の料金が約5000円(２人で)と激安で前も利用させていただきました。 安い分、サービスはそこそこですがWiFi、テレビ、ペットボトル3本ほどサイズの冷蔵庫があり私には十分でした。ただ部屋が狭いのでキャリーケースを開けることができません。それと、今回の旅ではドレッサーの引き出しに前の宿泊者の方のものとみられるゴミがそのまま入ってましたので清潔感の評価を下げさせていただきました。 ですが、フロントの方は少し日本語が話せて毎日帰るとき、出る時に話しかけてくださりとても親切にしていただきました。新設洞駅からも近くコンビニもあるので便利でした！
