Dirty dirty and dirty

It was a horrible experience. I think the owner is the only one who managed the accommodation. Saw him cooking and serving breakfast and front desk work etc. I’m pretty sure he also does cleaning alone. When I checked in, I saw dirty substances on the bed. - photos attached. The owner apologized and showed me another room - even dirtier. Hairs were everywhere on the bed sheet. I’m pretty sure the bed sheet hasn’t been changed for quite long. The owner said that’s the only two rooms I could choose as these are same to the bed configuration I booked. I asked for new bed sheets, and he said he can provide but doesn’t know how to change. So my mum and I changed them together. With no customer service mind at all!!!! The only reason I book this hotel was because of jacuzzi, which was dirty as well. I had to wipe everywhere before using, but still dust were stuck inside. It is not a cheap hotel. Wannna get my money back!

사진에 속았네요 들어가자마자 쾌쾌한 냄새와 함께 청결하지 않은 침구 전체적으로 깨끗하지 않았어요 호텔이라기보다 수련회와서 묵을만한곳인듯..

깨끗하고 편안한 곳 입니다

침구도 편했고 자쿠지도 있고 호텔보다 편안한 느낌이었어요 다만 층간 소음이 약간 있었습니다 그래도 다음 일정이 대정 방향이라면 다음엔 산방산 뷰로 재방문 하겠습니다.

가지마세요 후회합니다.

일단 이곳은 호텔이 아닙니다. 약간 민박이나 펜션같은 느낌이구요 숙소는 오래됐고 냄새도 심합니다 호텔스컴에서 이곳은 목록에서 없애면 좋겠어요 티비는 조금 보고 있으면 연결이 안된다고 하고 스파는 있는데 물이 튀면 안되고 객실 음식 취식이 안된다는 황당한 규정도 있어요 다시는 가고 싶지도 가지도 않을거 같아요

산방산뷰가 멋진 숙소

부모님과 함께한 여행이였어요. 산방산뷰를 부탁드렸는데 뷰가 너무촣았어요. 사장님 엄청 깔끔하시고 꼼꼼하시구 친절하시구해서 숙소커피포트 사용 않하는데 맘놓고 사용했습니다. 물이 너무 좋아서 물받아 놓구 욕조에서 많은 시간 보냈습니다. 피부가 보들보들해졌어요. 주변이 한적해서 아침 산책하기에도 너무 좋았습니다.

창문 프레임 상단에 청소상태가 좋지 않아 2층에서 먼지가 뭉처있는게 보였고 자쿠지의 청소기 되지 않아 물을받았을때 먼지인지 때인지 떠다녀 불쾌했다.

월풀,침구,식기들의 청결상태는 최상이었으나 뚜벅이에게 맞는 위치는 아니었어요. 편안한 휴식때문에 욕조있는 숙박을 선택했는데 산방산 유채꽃밭까지 도보 30분, 용머리해안까지 도보 40여분, 올레 10코스 해안까지 20여분이 걸리는 애매한 위치에 3인 조식까지 8만원이면 가성비는 떨어지네요. 차량가지고 깨끗하고 서비스 좋은 숙소 원한다면 좋은 숙박이지만 담엔 해안 가까이 좀 더 번화가에서 머물고 싶네요.

비추!

문열자마자 시궁창및 하수구냄새가 코를 찌럿습니다.. 모기와 거미 죽은시체도 바닥에 떨어져잇엇구요.. 이불에도 검은때가 묻어잇엇고.. 주인장도 엄청 불친절햇습니다 아침식사포함하여 요금을 냇는데 적장 식사는 하지도 못하고 시간때가 한시간밖에 안주어지는 호텔은 첨 경헙해봅니다.. 돈낭비입니다!

용머리해안과 송악산이 가까워서 선택한 숙소입니다. 청결을 가장 신경쓰는 편인데 욕실이나 침구가 매우 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 기분이 좋았습니다. 피곤해서 쓰러져서 월풀을 이용하지는 않았지만 개별룸에 고급 월풀이 있는 것을 고려하면 숙박료도 착한 것 같습니다. 주차장에 전기차도 충전할 수 있더라구요. 사장님도 친절하시고 좋으셨어요.

좋지않은 기억의 숙소였습니다.

아이 셋 과 함께 총 5명 숙박 1. 로비 공사중으로 실리콘 냄새가 코를 찔렀습니다. 2. 입실하자마자 한증막에 온것 같은 엄청난 열기가 가득했습니다. 복층형 3. 에어컨을 한참을 틀어 놓아도 식을때까지 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다. 4. 복층은 따로 에어컨이 없어서 더워서 이용을 못했습니다. 5. 취사 시설이 없습니다 참고 해주세요. ( 전자렌지는 1층 식당에 1개 구비 되어 있습니다.) 6. 청결하게 관리 되고 있습니다. 7. 아침 조식은 식빵, 딸기잼, 버터, 씨리얼, 떠먹는야쿠르트, 유우, 오렌지 주스, 계란 이 있습니다. 계란은 직접 셀프로 후라이 해서 드시면 됩니다. 8. 주변에 탄산온천까지 5분 ,마라도 선착장 5분 , 산방산 5~10분, 객실내 전망은 저희 방은 밭이 였습니다. 9. 호텔에 직접 숙박 신청 외에 다른채널(온라인등..)을 통한 연박 예약시 1박 취소 불가 합니다. ( 구비된 약관에는 1일전 20% 위약금 되어 있으나 그 약관은 직접 예약한 고객 기준이라 합니다. 하지만 약관상 직접 예약한 고객 기준이 라거나 다른 채널을 통한 예약고객은 제외 라는 내용은 전혀 없습니다. ) 10. 세탁 서비스는 지원되지 않습니다. (10분거리에 24시간 빨래방 있습니다.) 11. 가족 특히 아이들과 같이 가는것은 추천하지 않습니다.(실내 조리 금지 및 조리 시설 없음) 12. 일반 성인들이 저녁까지 다 해결하고 잠만 자는 용도로 추천합니다. 총평은 제 기준에서는 아주 불만족입니다.

이용후기, 평가 점수를 너무 믿었나 봐요..

전반적으로 문안했으며, 태풍 후라 그런지 좀 어수선 했습니다. 장점: 삼방산 근처라는 위치, 가성비 정도이며, 잘 정돈된 방 단점: 층간소음이 심함. 주위 걸어서 산책 할 곳 없음 (주면이 모두 밭), 바퀴벌레가 장난감 처럼 큼 기대치가 높이서인지 그냥 그냥 중간 정도 인듯 합니다.
