Our private pool villa was a dream! Morning swims, beautiful lotus garden views, spacious accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it a peaceful retreat.
Breakfast was outstanding, with delicious American, Indonesian, and Indian selections, fresh juices, smoothies, and coffees. The restaurants were equally impressive, especially the melt-in-your-mouth bread! We loved the 24-hour room service and complimentary desserts.
The spa, though smaller than Lombok’s, offered wonderful massages from attentive therapists. The well-equipped, 24-hour gym included refreshing citrus water and chilled towels.
Housekeeping was extraordinary! Daily surprises of fresh tropical fruits, replenished amenities, and thoughtful turndown service made us feel genuinely cared for.
Above all, the PEOPLE made our stay unforgettable. Every team member was gracious, attentive, and sincerely committed to our comfort.
Our only disappointment was the beach, where wet-season debris and trash affected the shoreline. We recognize much of this may be beyond the resort’s control.
Would we return? Absolutely! The Oberoi continues to deliver extraordinary hospitality. They never disappoint!"
