"Everything was absolutely perfect. The signature villa is spacious and private. Room service was delicious and affordable. Literally would not change a single thing. Will be staying here anytime I come to Bali"
"Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard.
A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated.
Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊"
