Stayed a week at this beautiful villa. Well located to Seminyak Square and the beach. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Living space is all outdoor with curtains but no airconditioning. Well shaded pool with some sun along the side. Loved it ❤️

Amazing Place!

Absolutely loved the place, the staff were amazing, we didn't want to leave. Bedrooms were huge, pool was perfect, location was great, couldn't of asked for a better place.

We stayed in villa sky for 8 days and can’t speak highly enough about either the villa, or the staff that looked after us. Sky was beautifully maintained & in the perfect location between the shops / restaurants in Seminyak square & the beach. The staff were really friendly & helpful with loads of little touches like a local phone for taxis etc. Would definitely recommend

Sky Villa at 4S is a 150m walk from Seminyak Square and Eat St. Then around 500m to Petitenget Beach in the opposite direction via Sea Circus, Mexicola and Manu restaurants. The villa is very private, clean, open air lounge and dining room, clean cool pool and deck and a well air con’d bedroom with great storage, a very comfortable bed and great bedding. The staff do an amazing job making and serving your breakfast in your room at whatever time you want, will go get anything you want during the day providing butler service as you need and then provide a turn down and mosquito spray /lit burners each night before they finish for the day. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing and will definitely be back again

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location

We have stayed in a lot of pool villas (including Sienna Villas) and this is the cleanest and best maintained one out of them all. Villa is comfortable - the pool is lovely with frangipani overhanging and pool was in the shade most of the afternoon (Villa Sky) which was great for no sun burn, easy access steps - we couldn’t fault this place at all - huge bathroom (no bath), good hairdryer, basic amenities, tasteful decor, Bluetooth music, coffee plunger (no blender), full size fridge with ice bucket, super clean kitchen, remote control ceiling fans, candles ready to light through the outdoors, and breakfast delivered (not cooked in your villa) to your villa at your choice of time. Laundry service also available and staff very attentive and accommodating. Amazing location and easy to walk to either Bodyworks in one direction or Seminyak Square and eat street in the other - SUPER QUIET as it’s on laneway that scooters and cars can’t go through (villa at dead end) so perfect oasis. We inspected the two bedroom Sun Villa (so we can book in future) which was just as lovely with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom- only fault would be the second bedroom doesn’t have its own television. We will not hesitate to book here again.

The property is in a fantastic location, in the heart of Seminyak but feels secluded and private. The rooms are fresh and the fridge surprisingly came with a complimentary minibar selection. All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. While there is no gym at the villas, there are complimentary passes to the Soham wellness spa, a 20 minute walk away, but worth the visit for a more premium gym/fitness centre. We stayed in Villa Sky, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend the villas.

We loved it. Staff made anything to make us feel excellent. Stayed at Sun Villa for a week, it was more comfy than photos. Daily cleanup, A+ service. Fast wi-fi. Quite personal sanctuary in the middle of Seminyak Center, very close to everything.

The villas is in a fabulous location in central Seminyak, close to shopping , pampering and eateries. The morning breakfast is just yummy and staff make you feel special. They loved interacting with our twin boys and genuinely enjoyed providing us with whatever information and assistance was needed during our stay. We will definitely return in our next visit!

Everything about the villa was perfect! We stayed in Sky villa and it was more than the pictures. Everything was clean modern and styled just right! I will be back because what topped our stay off was the friendly Ani! Who did helped me with some paper work that needed to be signed and sent back home. Always greeted with a smile always there for us. Villa was always magically cleaned when we stepped out and in the evening the villa was prepped for night time just soo special! All the staff are fun friendly and happy I love them all!! Thanks Ani and the gang loved the villa!! Location is perfect right where all the food is and shopping.

Everything about this villas was spacious, luxurious and wonderfui. The staff went out of their way to make our stay magnificent. The location is between seminyak squarer and the beach, and the limited access road means it is one of the few paces you are truly away from the "beep beep" of constant traffic.

Excellent hotel, very central.

Great stay at 4s villas (Sky). I would highly recommend if you want to stay quite central in Seminyak. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance. The pool in the villa was our saviour as the beaches were not for swimming. It was lovely each day just too relax in the open outdoor living area. I'm so glad we stayed in this villa (sky one bedroom). All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Service with a smile. Thank you 4s villas!!

We picked this place by the reviews how wrong they where there was green moss everywhere the mosquitoes where very very bad the bathroom had a smell all the time and the shower keeps going cold we felt it was a bit run down the position was ok just a short walk to Seminyak square .we were in the one bedroom villa plus the pool does not get the sun all day .

매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

가족여행으로는 발리 방문이 두번째인데, 2년전 짱구지역의 1위 빌라인 더* 빌라가 실외화장실과 침실 천정에서 떨어진 좀벌레, 방충작업 후에도 따라온 모기들 때문에 실망해서 풀빌라에 묵기 망설였는데요, 이번에 식당가나 메인로드까지 도보로 이동 가능한 거리에서 천정이 시멘트로 되어있고 화장실이 실내에 있는 곳중 고르다보니 이곳에 묵게 되었습니다. 13박 14일중 첫 4일을 묵어 여행의 시작을 이곳에서 하였습니다. 한국의 리뷰가 거의 없어서 예약후에도 약간 걱정했어요. 체크인 시간이 새벽시간이라 덴파사르 공항에서 빌라로 트랜스퍼 예약을 했었는데요. 늦은시간에도 나와서 기다려 체크인 도와주시고 짐도 직접 옮겨주셔 감사했습니다. 그런데 빌라 전용 차량에 공항에서 들어온 건지, 어두운 길을 한참 달리다보니 천장에 벌레가 기어가는 걸 봤는데 다른 차량의 불빛이 비출때 보니 바퀴벌레였어요. 처음엔 두마리만 보이더니 뒤쪽으로도 보니 바퀴벌레가 좀더 있었어요. 식겁하고 숙소까지 갔고 숙소에도 바퀴벌레가 있다면 최악인데.. 라고 생각하며 이동했는데 다행히 숙소는 차원이 달랐네요! 저희는 어른2, 아이2인데 11개월인 아기가 있어 아기침대를 요청했고 잘 세팅 해 주셨어요. Sea 빌라에 묵었고 투베드룸 풀빌라라 리빙룸은 야외이고 베드룸이 풀 옆으로 마주보는 문으로 위치해 있는데 두 방 모두 매우 넓고 침대도 평상형으로 매우 넓게 있어서 아기침대에서 잠을 잘 못자는 아기도 엄마와 함께 침대에서 잘 잘수 있었어요. 또다른 아이와 아빠는 세컨룸에서 넓게 잘 수 있었구요. 화장실도 매우 넓직하게 두개나 있어서 풀에서 수영하고 바로 네명 모두 둘씩 각각의 화장실에서 씻을 수 있어 좋았어요. 6시의 방충작업 후에는 빌라 곳곳에 향이 나는데 덕분에 모기가 거의 실내로 들어오지 못하더라구요. 마지막날엔 따라 들어온건지 아기가 많이 물렸지만요. (리빙룸에는 개미나 모기가 좀 있어요.) 조식도 알라카르테 식으로 서양식, 인도네시아 요리 등이 있는데 다 맛있었어요. 생과일 쥬스는 음식에 비해선 좀 별로였어요. 풀장은 생각보다 많이 넓고 수질 관리도 잘 되는것 같아요. 인테리어도 우리 빌라 컨셉인 Sea에 맞게 하나하나 신경쓴게 눈에 보입니다. 다른 컨셉의 방에도 묵어보고 싶네요. 빌라 내에 객실이 3개뿐이지만 직원들이 많아 하나하나 더더욱 신경써주시는게 보여 너무 고마웠어요. 웰컴 샌드위치와 첫날이 채워주신 음료수들도 감동이었고 블루투스로 연결되는 오디오도 풀에서 놀때 분위기 있게 놀 수 있어 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 스미냑 스퀘어 바로 옆이라 점심과 저녁 먹으러 갈때 너무 좋았어요. 바닥도 대리석이라 이제 막 걷기 시작한 아기가 맨발로 걷거나 기어다녀도 마음 놓였구요. 좀 두서없지만 첫날 픽업차량만 빼면 너무나도 마음에 든 빌라라 후기가 길어졌네요. 저희는 만약 스미냑에 또 방문한다면 이곳을 찾지 않을까 해요. 가격이 너무 오르지만 않는다면...

Cosy villa near Seminyak Square

We were greeted with a warm reception and were pleasantly surprised with welcome drinks and delicious sandwiches upon arrival. It was a thoughtful gesture by the management and the staff made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay at 4S Villas.

A wonderful relaxing week spent in the villa. The pool was very large and perfect for leaning against the edge, reading a book and sipping an ice cold Bintang Radler during the day or scotch at night. The staff were great and would obtain anything you required and went out of their way to help my wife source a few items she wanted from local shops. A great location within a couple of minutes walk to either the beach or eat street, yet you felt total secluded in your own world.
