Juste un petit regret, quant au manque d’une proposition de repas le soir (même sommaire) pour profiter pleinement du contexte bucolique et du calme qu’offre l’environnement. Merci à l’hôte"

I literally looked up why it was not Michelin rated using AI, and the answer I got was the food critics don't usually travel far south to the rural area. Everything (including appetizers, entries, deserts) was fantastic, definitely comparable if not better than some of the Michelin restaurants we tried in Paris.
